Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, butteress, plinth and string courses, fillet, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc, above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcemnet: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III):3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compound including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Extra for cleaning the old surface by scrapping the entire old white wash or colour wash including cost of scaffolding all complete as per direction of E/I.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Providing Tor steel reinforcement of 10mm,12mm,& 16mm. dia bars as per approved design and drawing exclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (a) 10mm (TMT coil Fe 500) (only valid for SAIL & TATA STEEL)

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 1.5mm neat cement punning including curing carriage of water with all leads and lifts as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over old surface including washing cleaning and preparing the walls scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 250mm. Wide brick drain in cement mortar (1:6) with av. 150mm clear depth and 250mm apron including cost of eartwork involved with 75mm cement concrete (1:4:3) over one brick designation 75A flat soling in proper grade and slope at the base the drain duly plastered in C.M. (1:3) with punning over exposed surface all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Dismantling patent stone floor including stacking serviceable materials in countable stacks within 15M lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing and laying Doublecharge vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 / ISO 13006 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm .

Providing and laying 6mm precast white glazed tiles in walls over 12mm cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry flush pointing with white cement including rubbing, polishing and cost of curring taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction and E/I. With "A" grade white 15X15cm Tiles.

Labour for scrapping old paint with paint remover and below lamp as required on wooden or steel surface including cost of all labour and materials and scaffolding all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing primer one coat of red lead paint of approved make over new steel surface including preparing the surface after cleaning, removing dust, dirt scales smokes and grease and cleaining the surface thoroughly including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direcction of E/I.

Providing two coat of painting with ready mixed paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Water proofing for old and new roof slab:- Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof slab by appying two component, factory designed, ready to use, acrylic modified flexible material applied with brush, roller or spray for water proofing coating as per manufacturer specifications with following steps:- (a) Surface preparation:- Providing and cleaning of concrete surface to remove dust, oil, grease including removal of existing loose paint/ coating, and cement laitance by cleaning with compressed air & water jet including all materials, labour, tools, complete.

Providing precast cement concrete Jali 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size ), reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire, including centering and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.)

Providing 25mm thick first class patent stone flooring (1:2:4) with stone chips in two layers, bottom layer 19mm thick(1:2:4) with 12mm to 6mm size graded stone chips and top layer 6mm thick (1:2) with 6mm down stone chips, in panels including cost of curing, finishing the surface smooth by rubbing with carborandum stone, taxes and royalty with all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Taking down old door and window shutters including stacking serviceable materials within 15M,. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Taking down chaukhats in doors including stacking serviceable materials within 15M,. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Taking down chaukhats in windows including stacking serviceable materials within 15M,. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Easing and adjusting door and window shutters with chaukhats in old work complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Labour for fabricating, erecting, hoistion and fixing in position structrral steel work in R.S. Joist, channel, Angle, Tee, flat, plate, latice member, built up compound section in column, girder, stair case, or truss including cost of gusset plates, holding down bolts, anchor plates at all heights and depths, bolting, welding ( machining wherever necessary) with applying a priming coat of red lead paint all complete as per approved drawing, building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
