REPAIR TO SIDE RACK WITH TRAY:-

Taking out old broken legs and S& F new legs of mild steel angle iron 40mm x 40mm x3mm to side rack all as specidied in drg and as directed.

Taking out shevles and S&F shelves of mild steel sheet 1mm thickness made to shape to be welded to angle iron legs all as specfied in drg and as directed.

M&L for painting spray painting with two coat synthetic enamel paint over old painted surfaces / new surfaces incl preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO SHOE RACK STEEL:-

Taking out old broken Main frame legs and s & F new main frame legs of 25mm DIA MS pipe (18 gauze) all as specified and as shown on drg & as directed.

Taking out old broken Jali work and s & F new jali work with 3mm DIA MS Rod ( 03 Nos placed veritracally equidistant & 09 Nos placed horizontaly equdistant) welded togather to form jali within 19mm DIA MS pipe of 18 gauze of main frame work welded to legs.

M&L for painting spray painting with two coat synthetic enamel paint over old painted surfaces / new surfaces incl preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVES :-

Removal of old existing U/S shutter (Single) of almirah large steel and S&F new shutter made of 1 mm thick MS sheet as per existing shape and size incl a coat of red oxide primer on both side and preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old U/S key plate and S&F of new Chromium plated key plate fixed with screw and nuts of almirah large steel complete all as directed.

Removing of old U/S leg of almirah large steel and S&F new leg made of 1 mm thick MS sheet with Gas welding as per existing shape and size incl a coat of red oxide primer on both side and preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of old U/S seat frame and S&F new seat frame of 1st class hard teak wood duly planned and finished smooth duly polished with high class black polish incl weaving with 2 mm wide plastic cane half round with Godrej pattern & border with 3 mm wide plastic cane superior quality & frame shall be fixed with machine screws of required size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to chair CB steel without arms with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS

Removal of old U/S seat frame and S&F new seat frame of 1st class hard teak wood duly planned and finished smooth duly polished with high class black polish incl weaving with 2 mm wide plastic cane half round with Godrej pattern & border with 3 mm wide plastic cane superior quality & frame shall be fixed with machine screws of required size complete all as specified and directed.

Removal od old u/s arms of chair CB steel with arms and S&F new arms made of 1st class hard teak wood duly planned,finished smooth with black hish class polish and fixed with steel screws of required size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to chair CB steel with arms with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VERANDAH S&F in repair following part of chair verandah as per existing shape and size as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed;-

Legs with arm rest of 19mm dia MS conduit 1.5mm thick incl one coat of red oxide primer.

Seat frame of 19mm dia MS conduit 1.6mm thick incl one coat of red oxide primer

Back frame of 19mm dia MS conduit 1.6mm thick incl one coat of red oxide primer

Taking out old U/S cane from chair verandah and recanning seat and back with new 4 mm wide half round white plastic cane of superior quality as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old U/s PVC seat of chair verandah and S& F new PVC seat 4mm thick (weight not less than 1.85 Kg) having ribs on back side. 10 Nos grooves of size 90mm x 10mm shall be provided on Seat and back all as details shown in the drawing. PVC seat and back shall be of make Blow plast/ Cello/ Polyset/ Brite/Amko/Comfo (which conforms to specfications) as approved by GE

Removing of old unserviceable drawer and S&F of new drawer made of 22 gauge MS sheet with coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S long rail table office clk/typist and S&F new long rail with 25 x 25 mm Sq tube made of 16 gauge MS sheet fixed b y gas welding incl painting with a cot of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old top openable hand board and S&F top openable hand board of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board of exterier grade confirming to IS-12823 of required shape & size duly fitted to slide on the right frame. The edgs of top shall be finished with 1.5mm thick PVC beeding all around complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old PVC shoe and S&F hard PVC shoe complete all as specified and directed

M&L for painting to chair School with hand board with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint including preparation of old painted MS pipe and shelf surfaces complete all as specified and directed

CHAIR WRITING (MAP)

Taking out old/unserviceable seat and supply and fix new seat of suitable size made of 12mm thick hot pressed ply wood with fabric of good quality and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC tipping all around complete al as shown on drawing

All as per item No 11 (a) above but unserviceable back complete.

Taking out old broken/u/s arm rest of chair writing steel and supply and fix new arm rest made of plyurethane and rein forced with MS insert and shall be hard scratch and weather resistant.

Preparaton of old painted suraface by scraping & rubbing and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (black) to MS tubler frame of chair writing (MAP) complete all as specified & directed.

TABLE 3 X 2 WITH DRAWER STEEL

Removing of old broken table top and supply & fixing new table top of suitable size made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated partice board bounded with phenal for Meldihyde synthetic resin exterior grade confirming to IS-12823 and including all around teak wood beading of 4mm X18mm size fixed with fevicol and panel pins and duly given a coat of high glossy french polish and rest al as per drawing

Removing old broken drawer from existing tabe 3X2 and providing new steel drawer made of 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coates of OG synthetic eneme paint over a coat of red oxide primer as directed & shown on drawing

Removing of existing unserviceable lock from the drawer of table and supply & fixing new brass lock with duplicate keys complete as directed.

Removing of old unsv cushion seat from chair and supply & fixing new cushion seat as per existing size and shape alongwith approved coloured fabric complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unsv cushion back from chair and supply & fixing new cushion back as per existing size and shape alongwith approved coloured fabric complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unsv arms from chair and supply & fixing new arms as per existing size and shape complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

New 1st calss hard wood teak wooden plank of size 255mm x 1525mm /1900mm of 25mm thick duly polished with two coats of high gloss french polish.

M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces of and applying by spray painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.
