M&L for one coat of exterior emulsion paint over old decorated surface of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directied. Note:- Cost of scaffolding and its removal is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping, washing, rubbing down & stopping etc of old painted surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- “The rates for external painting are deemed to include all operations for execution up to 15.00 m height above ground level, including provision of scaffolding, staging, labour, T&P, and safety precautions. No additional claim on account of height up to 15.00 m shall be entertained.”

M&L for preperation of old painted surfaces of wall by scrapping, washing, rubbing down & stopping etc of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern through OEM (two or more colour combination) . Note:- “The rates for external painting are deemed to include all operations for execution up to 15.00 m height above ground level, including provision of scaffolding, staging, labour, T&P, and safety precautions. No additional claim on account of height up to 15.00 m shall be entertained.”
