SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BLDG NO P-79 AT ARMD STATIC WKSP UNDER GE(N) AHILYANAGAR

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable bitumen felt (any number of layers) including plaster of any thickness, wire brushing and cleaning of the surface of roof terraces including flashing and junctions of parapets kerb wall, PCC fillets, benching etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 500 M from the building and depositing where complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description (Unreinforced) below or above ground floor incl concrete at junctions of parapets and roof terraces, flashings, Kerbs walls,PCC fillets, benching,coving of chajjah top/ junctions etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for roof, kerb, or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for rendering 20mm thick CM (1:4) on roof slab top, mixed with water proofing liquid finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: Water Proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces of concrete (roof etc) with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- i) Apply one coat of oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/Sq.M ii) Providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.5 Kg / Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm all as specified procured from any one of the approved manufacturer's iii) Apply one coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over membrane over non assesble roof surfaces complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary, laid in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified.

M&L for fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan n.exc 6m mean radius in cm 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified.

Taking down cement mortar plastering on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.
