Testing and commissioning 70 to 80 m long cable way across the river as per site requirement complete in all respect comprising of following component as per Drawing.

Main Columns of steel work welded in built up sections of ISMC 200 mm heavy duty, 2m long having Bottom plates @ 1000 mm With Anchor Volt 08 Nos including applying a priming coat of red lead paint, complete in all respect as per drawings and as per the directions of the engineer –in- charge

Main cable pulley system with plate and necessary fixtures of not less than 150mm dia having carrying capacity not less than 500 kg for fixing of main cable of dia 12mm with a coat of red lead paint, complete in all respect.

Pulleys for Traversing Cable & Instrument Cable:- Pulley system with plate and necessary fixtures of not lees then 150 mm dia having carrying capacity not less than 500 Kg for fixing of traversing cable and suspending cable of dia 6mm with a coat of red lead paint, complete in all respect.

Cable tensioning Devices (JACK):- MS Cable tensioning device of approved make including all required accessories for tensioning of up to 12 mm cable having capacity to tension up to 150 KN with a priming coat of red lead paint complete in all respect.

Cable anchor arrangements (Channel 6”):- Anchor column of steel work made of 2 nos. SMC 150 including a priming coat of red lead paint complete as per drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge

Winch:- Supplying and installing winch manual operated including all required accessories suitable for ± 100m run of traversing of 6mm dia cable. It is easy to operate by rotating the detachable handle withers clockwise or anticlockwise. The cable is wound on the drum gradually with equal spacing. The reel is equipped with a ratchet and pawl which is engaged to hold the metering or sampling equipment in position. The material used in this gauging reel is generally Aluminum & Gunmetal with precision bearing & brass gearing with mechanical counter. The winch is capable of handling 500 Kgs

Supplying, hoisting and stretching to specified profile wire ropes make conforming to relevant IS codes and having minimum breaking strength not less then (i)12 mm dia for main cable

Galvanized U clamps suitable for wire ropes of standard make complete with all necessary clamping nuts and bolts and other device (i) for 12 mm dia cable

Instrument Suspending Device (Carriage):- Design, supply and installation of instrument suspending device, complete in all respect, fully covered and moving on 150mm dia pulleys on main cable with the help of traversing cable. It should be able to lower the instrument. The system should be able to take and carriage a load of 400 Kg.
