Supply only Book case FD-237 All as shown on drawing . Overall size shall be 1220mm long. 455mm wide and 760mm high .All wood shall be of first classhard wood teak (MP). Legs shall be 125mm high and 45mm x45mm in section up t 45mm from top of legs tapering uniformly up to bottom which shall be 25mm 25mm in section . Legs shall be joined together be 25mm 45mm stiffeners provided flushing top of legs in short as well as long sides. The top body of side board shall project 100mm from in side of short stiffeners in long direction and 75mm from in side of long stiffeners in short direction irrespective what is shown is shown on drawing . Four drawers shall be provided in the right hand side of side board with in 385mm space. Left hand side shall have one shelf and two side hung shutters. Sides and back of drawers shall be of 12mm thick particle board having commercial ply on both sides. Bottom of drawers shall be of 6mm thick plywood commercial. The drawers shall run on 19mm x 19mm teak wood bearers. The top drawer shall have removable crate made up of 6mm thick ply. Front of drawers shall have 19mm thick teak veneer one face particle board. The shelf on left hand side shall be of 19mm thick particle board of commercial ply on both sides fitted on 19mm in section teak wood bearers. Bottom , sides , vertical partitions shall be of 19mm thick particle board with teak face one side and commercial other. The top of side board shall be of 19mm thick commercial particle board over which 1.5 mm thick plastic laminated sheet is fixed with natural teak face . Back of side board shall be of 6mm thick commercial plywood . The shutters shall have continuous piano type hinges. The top of one shutter shall have 50mm long flush bolt fitted towards inside of shutter. Two knobs shall be provided to the shutter . A brass lock with four lever shall be provided to shutter . Four knobs shall be provided to the drawers ( one knob for each drawer). 3mm x19mm teak wood edging shall be provided to all edges of particle board and shelf. All wood and particle board surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish.

Legs shall be made of 60mm x30mm in section teak wood 356mm high. Hard rubber rings/ PVC shoes shall be fixed to the bottom of legs with steel screws. Top of table shall be 18 mm thick. Pre-laminated MDF board it shall be provided as top of the table. 5mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided in the visible portion of top of legs. Legs shall be joined together in short and long sides with top rails of 20 mm thick and 50 mm long screws, four in numbers, from below the each top long rails. 50 mm wide and 20 mm thick stiffener 430 mm long shall be fixed in the center of top rails joining top long rails with dove tail joints. Side rails 40mmx20mm in section, at 100 mm from bottom of legs, shall be provided joining legs in short sides. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided at the al-round edges of top of table. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing, a bottom their shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50 mm long screws. The bottom tier shall be of 18 mm thick particle board having 1.5 mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed over it. 4 mm thick teak wood edging shall bed provided al-round the edges of bottom tier. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish (Lacquer finish). Rest all as per drawings.
