Engagement of user fee collection agency on the basis of competitive bidding through e-tender at Kurana Fee Plaza located at km /Ch. 42.876 (Design Chainage 47.900) of NH-235 in the section of Meerut -Bulandshahr (km 8.800 (Design Km 8.800) to Km, 66.482 (Design chainage km 73.512) excluding 3.522 km of Hapur Bypass of NH-24 (New NH-9) on NH235 in the state of UP under Bharatmala Pariyojana on EPC mode & upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.

1) I/We hereby submitting an "Undertaking" that, I/We carefully checked the (i) Bidder Quoted % in row "B"and (ii) Quoted Remittance in row "C" and found corrected and acceptable to me/us. I/We will not dispute these "Figures" submitted by me/us in the "Financial Bid".

2) In Column-B, bidder has to fill either % above or % below. Any deviation from this, bid will be treated as "Non-Responsive".

3) After filling % Above or % Below in row-B, Bidders are advised to check carefully the Quoted Remittance in row-C before submitting/uploading the bid. If Nothing is filled in row 'B' (i.e., %Above/ %below kept Blank) while submitting the bids, bid will be Evaluated Considering Quoted Remittance Equal to APC. Therefore, bidder is requested to 'Save' the information before uploading the 'Financial Bid'.

4) The Financial Bid shall be submitted online in Xls format provided by NHAI only. PDF/Scanned copies will not be accepted.

5) The amount quoted above shall be exclusive of the TCS. Any other Taxes & Service Charges etc., as applicable, shall be borne by the Bidder over and above the quoted amount.
