Providing and laying at all floors and levels Vitrified tiles of first quality Marbonite of M/S H&R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd or other equivalent approved make of approved colour, shade, pattern and minimum thickness of 8.5mm thickness or as per manufacture's specifications, laid directly over tile using polymer cum cement based adhesive manufactured by Roffe construction – NSA (non skid adhesive) or M/s Ardex Endura chemicals– Gold star or other approved equivalent in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) in respect of skirting , close jointed and grouted white /colour cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to level, line, slope and plumb including cutting of tiles, making openings / cut out where necessary including wastage for odd shape of room and final cleaning of surfaces as required, curing, etc. complete all as per specification, relevent IS code & as directed by the EIC. Note: 1. In case of non-availability as per item, other makes which can be considered are 'Asian', 'Oracle Granito Ltd.', 'Orient', Regency, Kajaria and Somany. 2. No claim for payment of over thickness of adhesive for tile over tile work shall be considered by the Department.

a) In flooring with tiles of approx. size 600 mm x 600 mm similar to Salt & Pepper (White)/ Perlato/Athelon of M/s H& R Johnson (I) ltd. laid directly over existing tile using tile on tile polymer cum cement based adhesive and/or using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) laid after removal of existing flooring with backing mortar.

b) In Dado / skirting with tiles of size 600 x 100 mm similar to Salt & Pepper (White) of M/s H& R Johnson (I) ltd laid over 12 mm thick CM 1:4 backing (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting etc. complete, including dismantling the existing dado/skirting tile and backing cement mortar, disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete.

Providing & laying at all floors & levels first quality ceramic tiles of minimum thickness as specified by the manufacturer of M/S. H&R JOHNSON (INDIA) Ltd. or equivalent approved make of approved colors, shade and texture in flooring / dado / skirting as per approved pattern. incluidng cost of all materials, including cutting the tiles to required shape, wastage, pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to line, level, slope & plumb, final cleaning of surface as required, curing , making necessary opening cutouts etc.and including removing existing flooring / dado and disposing of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC complete all as per specifications, relevant IS code & as directed by the EIC.

c) In dado / Skirting with tiles of 300X450mm (Approx size) of Digital HD Series of M/s H&R johnson (India) Limited or approved equivalent fixed over 12 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) backing / fixed directly over existing tile with polymer cum cement based tile adhesive manufactured by M/s. Roffe construction (Non-Skid Ahhesive, NSA) or M/s Ardex Endura (Gold Star) or other approved equivalent, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting/dado etc. complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors factory made Aluminium sliding/top hung/fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivit joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) of Deluxe domal series or equivalent or as directed by EIC , including for making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc, of approved manufacutres for following types with extruded sections of required series as per drawing of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and weights as directed for frames and shutters(including wastages if any) confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame and shutter, glass and depositing same to dept store etc all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing following thickness of clear float/ frosted / Bajara sheet glass of M/S Triveni/ shree vallabh/ IAG/Modi guard/ Saint Gobin or other approved equivalent manufacture and fixing with Aluminium frame work (door/ window) including fixing aluminium channel beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/ gasket accommadated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws etc, all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

a) 5 mm thick clear float glass

Providing and fabricating and fixing in position structural steel grills at all level, using M.S. angles, flats, bars etc. with anchor fasteners of suitable dia in the marble jambs & cills including painting by dipping with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make and one coat of approved steel primer, including cutting,fabrication, welding etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling carefully the existing RCC kitchen platform along with finishing by chiselling without damaging existing structure including cutting the reinforcement etc. depositing the serviceable material at departmental store and disposing off debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc complete all as directed by the EIC.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished natural stones as mentioned for the followings for kitchen platform topping and facia over and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs, wastages, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note : 1)Top exposed surface on plan & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. 2)Verticals,shelves,platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/flooring.

a) For kitchen platform top, upto 750mm wide and upto 1800 mm length in single piece consisting machine cut machine polished on one side, with e nos. of 30 mm thick cuddappa stone at top and bottom each, fixed with 40 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), between two stone slabs (Double stone slab sandwitch type) including providing cut out if any, moulding and polishing the edges etc complete as directed by EIC.

b) For kitchen platform horizontal facia upto 100 mm wide machine cut machine polished on one side 25mm thick cuddappa stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Arladite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete as directed by EIC .

c) For horizontal beading of size 30x16mm machine cut machine polished cuddappa stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Arladite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete as directed by EIC .

d) For kitchen platform top, upto 750mm wide and upto 1800 mm length in single piece consisting machine cut machine polished on one side 30 mm thick cuddappa stone at bottom and mirror polished machine cut 18 mm thick Jet black Granite stone at top fixed with 52 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), between two stone slabs (Double stone slab sandwitch type) including providing cut out if any, moulding and polishing the edges etc complete .

e) For kitchen platform horizontal facia upto 100 mm wide machine cut machine polished on one side 18mm thick Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete.

f) For horizontal beading of size 30x16mm machine cut machine polished Jet black Granite stone fixed with epoxy resin base (Araldite adhesive or equivalent) including round moulding and polishing the edges etc complete .

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones/granite stone/marble stone as mentioned followings for kitchen platform vertical support /shelves /window cill etc and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required etc all as per drg, specifications and as directed by EIC. Note : 1) Verticals,shelves,platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/flooring. 2) Exposed inside vertical finished face of window below platform shall be measured for payment in sqm. 3) All finished natural stone except for flooring & Platform shall be applied with aralide or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface, spreading/ splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 4) Window jamb, cill & lintel bottom with granite / gren marble shal be mitred / partly mitred joint as directed by Eingineer-In-Charge. 5) Exposed inside vertical finished face of window below platform shall be measured for payment in sqm. 6)Agencies shall quote rate accordingly.

a) For vertical support of Counter/ platform, consisting of 2 nos 30 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs sandwiched between the stones with 40 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including providing exposed front face upto 100 mm wide vertical facia of polished 20mm thick cuddapah stone on exposed sides with epoxy resin base (Araldite or equivalent) including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc complete all in line, level, plumb etc.

b) For vertical support of Counter/ platform, consisting of 2 nos 30 mm thick machine cut machine polished on one side cuddapah stone slabs sandwiched between the stones with 20 mm thick CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including providing exposed front face upto 100 mm wide vertical facia of mirror polished 18mm thick jet black granite stone on exposed sides with epoxy resin base (Araldite or equivalent) including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc complete all in line, level, plumb etc.

c) 30 mm thick machine cut and both side machine polished Cuddaph stone for shelves including rubbing and polishing the exposed edges.

d) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window cill in stepped form laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive with best workmanship, including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

e) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window jamb & bottom of lintel in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels / heights 18 mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length / height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut / hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with cm 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only), 20mm backing & overlapping of 20mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc.and depositing the same at dept store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the EIC. Note:- 1) All finished natural stones except for floorings shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface ,spreading/splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 2) Window jamb, cill & lintel bottom with granite / gren marble shal be mitred / partly mitred joint as directed by Eingineer-In-Charge. 3) Exposed surface on Elevation & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. Overlapping & edges etc shall not be measured.

Supplying & fixing 25 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) / M/s. Rajashree plastiwood or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate of M/s Shalimar Hardware or equivalent and including providing a vision panel opening of size 300 mm X 200 mm including providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening of vision panel with ss screws, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC. Note:- 1) The entire door shall be jointless shutter. 2) The sizes shall be approximately 650 mm x 2000mm, however exact dimensions shall be measured at site before manufacturing.

Providing marine ply of 19 mm thick conforming to latest IS -710, for making / repairing of wooden cupboards/cabinet etc at all floors and levels, including cutting to required sizes and jointing and fixing the same with necessary screws, adhesives, providing and fixing teak wood lipping to all exposed faces of ply wood and including wastsge, transportation and including removing old damaged cupboards/cabinet and refixing the same after repair, including removing & refixing all fittings & fixtures and depositing unserviceable cupboards to departmental store etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing following type of fittings, fixtures and fastenings of approved quality along with necessary CP brass screws, bolts, nuts, washers and other standard accessories etc. complete all as directed by the EIC.

a) SS Piano hinges overall width of 35mm

Supplying and fixing heavy duty superior quality fittings , fixtures and fasteners along with necessary CP screws, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as per approved samples. etc. complete all as directed by the E-I-C.,

a) Aluminium Door stoppers with rubber bushing

Supplying& fixing night latches of Godrej make or other equivalent approved make with 7 lever and with triplicate keys to the existing main door at various flat/ locations including all charges, screws, removing and returning the old fittings to dept. stores, shifting the positioning of night latch sets, if required and plugging the unwanted holes/ cut outs in door frame/ shutter etc. complete all as directed by the E-I-C.

Supplying & fixing in position the following type solid core block board flush door shutters with commercial ply / teak veneer as specified below conforming to IS 2202-latest, with 20 mm thick teak wood lipping alround, fixing shutters in position to existing door frames at all floors by cutting/ planing if necessary including the labour for removing & refixing old fittings & fixtures and for fixing of the fittings & fixtures with wooden packing pieces if necessary with screws, including one coat of approved primer on commercial ply surface etc.including removing existing damaged shutter,fittings and depositing at dept. stores etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by EIC.

a) For Door 32 mm thick commercial ply on both sides

Removing carefully the existing flush door shutters and refixing the same to its position after laying new tiles on flooring including cutting the shutters at bottom portion as per site condition , lipping the cut exposed surface with teak wood lipping including nails, screws,adhesive etc complete all as dierected by the Engineer in charge.

Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using acrylic based polymer and comprising the following operations: Important Notes: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site,simultaneous transportation and disposed at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be procured by the Agency from approved Manufacturers Like M/s Astra , M/s Anuvi, M/s Apcotex or other approved equivalent manufacturer confirming to technical requirements as below and the invoices/challans etc to be submitted to EIC for record. Appearance: Milky white Ph- value : 9-10 Specific gravity : 1.055+/-0.005 Solid contents(%w/w)-: 44+/-1 Viscocity at 25 degree C temperature (in sec): 15-20 Testing of the material as per relevant codes at NABL approved third party Lab. is to be done by the Agency for every batch/lot of supply. 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10

a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Polymer used for this work in KG shall be measured for payment.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with POP over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved make & shade over two coats ofapproved primer (alkali resistant) consist of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper /acrylic emulsion / white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound , applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer carrying out full stucco puttywork , apply two coats of acrylic emulsion paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats synthetic oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer, including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices mild depression etc. scaffolding including cleaning of floors, doors & windows etc.& disposing of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats FLAT oil paint of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer, including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to filling up crevices, mild depression etc. scaffolding including cleaning of floors, doors & windows etc.& disposing of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Repainting of old painted wooden/steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty scaffolding and cleaning etc. including removing old paint by scrapping, blowlamp etc.complete all as directed by the EIC.

Loosening and providing temporary supports to existing electrical fittings/ fixtures/ board for carrying out tiling work etc. and refixing it after completion of renovation including supplying & fixing casing capping & electrical wire wherever required as per deptt. specification etc complete all as directed by the EIC Note: Measurement shall be for each fittings/ fixtures/ board.

Removing & refixing existing geyser with fittings & fixtures for carrying out tiling work etc.and refixing it after completion of renovation including supplying & fixing casing capping & electrical wire wherever required as per deptt. specifications etc complete all as directed by the EIC

Half brick masonry in partition walls using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality in cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) at all floors and levels, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 3 mm thick and 8 mm deep grout line using PVC spacers for creating true alignment and gap between vitrified tile flooring & Skirting at specified places as per drawings / as directed and grouting the joints with matching cementitious tile grout mixed with approved tile additive of M/s. Roff Construction or approved equivalent including cleaning the surface etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing IInd class teak wood in frames of required sections for doors, windows, ventilators, shaft doors, partition etc. wrought framed and fixed in position including providing & fixing necessary SS Screws and fixing frame in position including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved wood primer for the exposed surfaces & two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry / concrete etc. including removing the old damaged frames stacking serviceable material and disposing of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as directed by the EIC.

Supplying & fixing 10/18mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet)/ M/s. Rajashree Plastiwood or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc including dismantling the existing plywood/A.C sheet shutters, removing and refixing of architraves with necessary screws, stacking serviceable material and disposing off debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. Note: The entire shutter shall be jointless shutter.

Hindware make model no 20042 (ECO)/20070 (COMFORT) or approved equivalent with 'P' or 'S' trap in white glazed vitreous china ware of size 580 mm x 440 mm conforming to IS, including the cost of removing the existing damaged / broken and making good the surrounding with cement mortar / concrete to the existing finish & disposing of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. NOTE: In case of non availibility, other approved make as mentioned in 'Specification for Public Health Engineering Works' may be considered.

Providing & fixing in position best quality bevelled edge plate Glass Mirror of size 500x350 mm & 6mm thick with marine ply wood back 6 mm thick conforming to IS-710, CP brass cup screws and caps, washers etc. including providing & fixing rawl plug in wall, wooden packing behind the mirror if necessary, reinstating the damages to its original condition etc. and painting the ply with 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Ajay pipes or other approved equivalent consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying & fixing C-PVC pipes, including necessary all fittings conforming to IS 15778 ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials on exposed or concealed surfaces to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line, overflow and vent using M.S. nails/screws, rawl plugs, wooden gutties and branded clamps of Supreme/Prince make to the pipeline as per the site requirement. iii) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers cataglouge for leak proof joint or as per relavant code iv) Making leak proof threaded / solvent joints. including cutting the pipe, Joint preparartion, cleaning, marking, application of solvent, assembling, curing etc. and the cost of jointing cement solvent materials. v) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. proof joints. vi) Providing and fixing C-PVC jointable / threaded fittings such as Union, Nipples, Bendes, Elbows, Tees, Reducers, End caps, Couplers, Adaptors, Saddles, Plugs, Tank connectors, Expansion loops, Bypass bends, etc vii) including removing existing GI pipe line with fittings and specials etc. Note:- All brass threaded elbows and fittings shall be with additional support type of M/s. Prince, Supreme or other equivalent approved by EIC including necessary fixing arrangement such as screws, plug etc complete. ( Mode of measurement :- The measurement shall per Unit RM length of pipe line laid or fixed. The measurement shall be taken along centre line of pipe. Providing chemical based water proofing of M/s Indofil chemicals / New coat of Dr. Fixit as approved over bath / WC brick bat coba & other locations as per the following procedure: a) Applying a coat of Indofil MC-76 mixed with clean water in 1:4 ratio i.e., one part of MC-76 and four parts of clean water over the entire area to be treated including filling of cracks, if any with CM-1:3 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) with waterproofing compound. b) Applying a coat of cement bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement. c) Providing and spreading of polycon based fibrous waterproofing net for entire area of Toilet/Bath including lapping as per manufacturer's specifications immediately after applying bond coat and curing. d) Applying one more bond coat with MC-76 mixed with cement in1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76 and 1 part of cement over the polycon based net. e) Applying two coats of flex top coats with indofil flexcoat mixed with 85 parts indofil flex coat and 15 parts clean water or applying two coats of Dr.fixit New coat without dilution. Notes: (i) The entire work shall be carried out a per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge. ii) The contractor shall furnish guarantee bond on appropriate stamp paper in the proforma as per Appendix 'D' for the entire waterproofing treatment for maintaining the surroundings and under side surfaces of the waterproofing treatment in bone dry condition for 5 years. During the guarantee period the contractor shall attend all leakages, defects etc. if noticed, free of cost, starting the work of checking up and rectification within a week's time from the date of intimation about such leakages / defects.

Providing, laying, jointing, fixing & painting heavy quality (Class 'C') M.S. Galvanized pipes as per I.S. 1239-1968 including fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers, enlargers, bends and all other fittings required for the completion except screwed flanges conforming to I.S. 1239-1968 & also as per the code of practice of water supply in bldgs. Of I.S. 2065-1972 including laying under floors, chasing, in walls, roof slabs and making good the same to the original conditions, including the cost of all jointing materials like hemp yarn, white or red lead, clamps, wooden gutties, screws, cement, sand etc. including painting the pipe with coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Primer & wrapping hessian cloth in concealed portion including removing the old damaged G.I. Pipes & handing over to Deptt. Stores, scaffolding, testing the pipes etc. complete all as per specifications and as directions of the EIC.

Supplying and fixing following size PVC-SWR pipes and Fittings for soil, waste,vent and rainwater pipe lines consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying PVC - SWR pipes and fittings conforming to IS 13592 of approved make and standard PVC clamps ( approx. 3.2 mm thick ) and nails or MS galvanised clamps having minimum 3 mm thick for fixing the pipe. ii) Fixing the pipeline vertically to plumb, keeping the pipe barrel 50 mm away from the wall face, using PVC or MS galvanised clamps Including scaffolding. iii) Providing and fixing PVC Domed roof outlet (grating ) for RWP & PVC cowl for waste / soil pipe. iv) Jointing the PVC pipes and specials by PVC solvent cement, rubber lubricant with rubber rings or any other approved equivalent method. v) Laying the pipeline below the ground to proper slope and gradient for making connection of soil and vent pipeline ( Vertical stacks ) with inspection chamber or manhole and waste water pipeline with gully trap chamber including the cost of cement mortar, water proofing compound etc., testing the vertical pipeline by smoke test and horizontal pipeline by 600 mm head of water and rectifying the leakages, if any all complete . vi) Cutting or making hole in RCC or brick work and reinstating the surface to it's original condition after passing the pipe with cement mortar / cement concrete etc. by adding approved water proofing compound.
