Material & labour for unscrewing body parts of fans of any make/brand and description and opening of the stator & rotor of following sizes of fans and taking out down rod canopy, shackle, condenser housing with rubber reel bushes,ball bearing,metal bush and carry out repairs all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as required as under:- (a) M&L for opening the stator & rotor of the 1200mm / 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan cutting the exsisting worn winding & rewinding the fan with superior quality rewinding wire & filling the warnish as insulation between each winds & covering each loops of winding by sleeves & paper & reassembling of complete fan by fixing servicable old and new parts of fans i.e. rubber bush of condensor & shackle housing , condensor, gun metal bushes,ball bearings twin twisted copper cable down rod assembly with its shackle condenser housing & canopy ,split pins complete all as per manufacturers design air delivery including greasing,oiling & testing of fans all as per manufacturers design & speed complete all as directed by Engineer in charge

Notes for item No 1.00 :- (i). The quoted unit rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking out defective parts and fixing of new parts. All new parts shall be measured and paid vide relevant items of the schedule. (ii). The rates for refixing & taking out servicable parts shall be deemed to be included of quoted unit rates. (iii). New parts shall be of respective makes of fans. (iv). The quoted unit rates shall also include writing of MES No of fans (v). Unservicable / defective retrived parts shall be credited vide sch of creidt. (vi). After assembling all fans shall be tested for the speed as directed. (vii). All the fans are laying in store yard of AGE E/M and shall be repaired at store yard only.

(c) All as per srl item No 1.00 here-in-before but for Exhaust fans of 225 / 250mm / 300 mm sweep

(d) All as per srl item No 1.00 here-in-before but for Exhaust fans of 450 mm sweep

Supply & Fix in repair elctronic Fan regulator 450 watt step type heavy duty complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in repair GI 'U' clamp heavy duty rubber reel of superior quality and nut and bolts with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply only PVC canopy cover superior quality complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for cleaning the fan motor assembly body,blade of ceiling fan, filling the cavity & painting with existing colour of the ceiling fan with one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying appratus and spraying process including writing the MES number on the ceiling fans of 1200mm /1400 mm sweep with black colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for cleaning the fan motor assembly body,blade of Exhaust fan, filling the cavity & painting with existing colour of the Exhaust fan with one coat of superior quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying appratus and spraying process including writing the MES number on the Exhaust fans of 225/250mm/ 300 mm sweep with black colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply only bearing No 6201 for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make NBC, SKF , equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only bearing No 6202 for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make NBC, SKF , equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only capacitor 2.5 MFD dry type complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make: Amcap , Epson , equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only capacitor 4.0 MFD dry type complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make: Amcap , Epson , equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F Clamp nut , bolt incliding safety pin for ceiling fan including taking down old pin complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F modular fan regulator step type electronic of capacity 300/450 watt working on 230 Volts including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down old unserviceable rusted extaust fan shutter and supply and fixing shutter of size 255 to 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Making round/ squar hole cutting in the kitchen wall with the help of cutting machine / chisel / hammer etc for fixing of exhaust fan of size 225 mm to 300 mm & making good to the distrubed surface including plaster, distumper , white wash complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Checking serviceability of all ceiling fans/ exhaust fan in each quarter and checking clamps nut, bolts, pins are in healthy condition If any problem in any items will be note down by electrician and informed concerned JE E/M and rectify the problem next day complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note : All the items will be paid separately

Supply and fixing the ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories , 230 volts , 1200 sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.0 BEE. Five star rated with brushles direct current motor and fixed to ceiling and connecting up including provision of flexible 3 core copper cable and testing smooth functioning at site complete all specified and directed. Make : Havells / Orient / Philips Note : a) The ceiling fans consider against BER. b) Old fan shall be deposited to the MES store as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for stopping the leakage of the geyser by applying brazing to inner tank and refixing the inner tank after making it functional all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. Note : Adeuqate water pressure will be apply to the brazed tank to ensure that no leakage is left if the tank leaked the same will be repaired by the contractor witout claiming any additional cost from the department.

S&F in replacement of heating element as required at site of 1.5 KW ISI marked as required at site and approved by Engr-in charge. Make: CG,Havells,Racold as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement of heating element as required at site of 2.0 KW ISI marked as required at site and approved by Engr-in charge. Make: CG,Havells,Racold as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement thermostat switch for geyser of any type ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S& F in replacement geyser inner tank assembly suitable for geyser capacity of 25 Ltr complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S& F in replacement geyser inner tank assembly suitable for geyser capacity of 50 Ltr complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F CP gate valve of 15 mm bore suitable for fixing on existing fittings complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make: Leader , Zoloto , Sant as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement brass connection 15mm bore pipe 1.5 feet to 2.5 feet having wire mesh coating over it with PTMT nuts and washers suitable for connecting geysers inlet and outlet with GI tubings complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F in replacement GI tubing med grade 15 mm bore with all fittings as required at site i.e. elbow,socket,nipple reducer & union as required for plumbing work and making connection as required at site all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge. Note: Rate quoted shall also include the plumber work as per site requirements.

S&F in replacement of top plug 15 Amp 3 pin complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make: Anchor,Plaza,CG as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement of MCB 16/20 Amp Sp 'C' curve 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make:Legrand / Scheinder / GE as approved by GE.

S&F in replacement of plug & Socket enclosure 16 /20 Amp including one 16/20 Amp MCB SP complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make:Legrand / Scheinder / GEas approved by GE.

S&F in replacement indicating lamp green/red in colour 230 volts complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F of NRV as per existing sample of instant geyser 03 ltr / 06 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & Fixing 3 inch / 4 inch long 12 mm to 20 mm dia including bolt , pin , washer complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down old unserviceable geyser and deposited to MES store as directed by engineer in charge and fixing only new geyser of capacity 25 ltr to 50 ltrs including transporting both side from MES store to Qtrs by the contractor and geyser collected from MES store.

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc to be measured separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductors 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC pipe of size not less than 20 / 25 mm dia including PVC bend, tee joints etc as per site requirement , ISI marked with accessories fixed on wall/ceiling/truss etc with PVC non metallic ISI marked terminal boxes/ modular boxes surfacing on wall including one FRLS PVC insulated & sheathed multistranded green colour copper conductor 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth as earth dolly for :-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch SP one way.

(b) One ceiling fan point controlled with one 5A switch

(c) One exhaust fan point controlled with one 5A switch

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet 5Amps on independant board.

Supply and fix submain wiring in repair with two single core FRLS unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm in and including PVC casing caping /conduit of suitable dia 20 and 25 mm, ISI marked including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm (green colour) for earthing. Make : Polycab, Havells, Plaza, Note :- (i) Two runs of 4Sqmm cable, 1 run of PVC casing & caping and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable shall be measured as 1 RM. (ii) Each submain wiring shall run in seperate PVC conduit/ casing and caping as per site requirment

Supply and fix submain wiring in repair 2 single core FRLS unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm in and including PVC casing caping /conduit of suitable dia 20 and 25 mm, ISI marked including 1 single core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 06 sqmm (green colour) for earthing. Supply and fix of One Bell point controlled by one bell push 5 amps independent board complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of modular type bell push 6 amps 1 module complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of bell electric AC 230 volt single pole ding dong with ISI mark complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
