Supply installing testing and commissioning in replacement alongwith all connected accessories of defective Sheave C.I/Casting Traction Sheave 4 Grooves pully code OD540 x 4 x 10 mm bore size 90 mm ,key size 20 x 7 Bore length -150 mm ,width size 115 mm with main hoist rope of size 10 mm dia heavy duty (in 08 passenger lift) G+8 storey ( 9 storeys ) as per site requirement welding/brazing etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on load complete. Make- Otis/Thyssen Krupp/Kone/Johnson Note :- Rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be inclusive of replacement of minor spares,such as nuts,bolts.cotter pin etc.

Supply & fixing in replacement of stainless steel OSG rope of size 6 strands x 19 of nominal dia 06 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make - Usha Martin,Mahadev Elevator,Bharat wire rope Ltd and Shree steel wire & rope

Supply and fix MS Thimble Rod as per existing size provided by OEM for Johson make lift for 10 mm rope (car side & cwt side) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricating , fixing structural mild steel channel angle iron, flat iron,MS Sheet of suitable gauge as per site requirement,MS Bar (Round ,Squre and flate MS perforated sheet / jalli and brackets etc for fabrications of machine gaurding,pit pully guarding, flywheel guarding, counter weight screen , clamps, bolts, and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding.forming, bending, cold , or hot drilling holes for bolts,screws, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat ,one under coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as per existing sample fitted at site and specified and directed.

Dismantaling/Taking down old unserviceable landing door and Supply , fixing, testing and commissioning of complete Landing door, SS hairline finish metal sheet 18 gauge approx 1.2 mm thickness SS sheet standard 304 scratch resistance including complete door header assy(i.e door hanger roller) and landing sill suitable for 08/13 Passenger lift Make:- Johnson width of centre opening 800/900 mm,height of opening 2000mm,2way center opening with all fittings complete for 2 hours fire rating as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Rate quoted by contractor are deemed to be inclusive of complete replacement of minor spares gate lock,door rollers,skates,door shoe,door rope etc and any civil work required at site for taking out/old door assy and fixing new door assy and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. ii) Any damage done to the door sensor while taking down shall be replaced free of cost by the contractor of same make & model.

Dismantling/ taking down, existing car door without causing any damaged to door sensor and supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of complete car door, suitable to existing lift SS honeycomb finish metal sheet 18 gauge (approx 1.25 mm thickness) SS sheet standard 304 and scratch resistant and complete door operator assembly system (i.e. door motor, door drive air card) and car sill for smooth opening of car doors suitable for 08/13 passenger lifts Johnson Make lift , width of centre opening 800 mm height of opening 2000 mm, 2 way centre opening all fittings complete for 2 hours fire rating, Gate lock, door shoe and refixing of taken down door sensor as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed (Note:- Any damage done to the door sensor while taking down shall be replaced free of cost by the contractor of same make & model).

(i) The Controller shall be compatible to run the lift G + Eight upper floors (total Nine Landings ) having cooling fan, and sufficient space for VVVF drive.

(ii)Main VVVF drive should be provide with calibration pad and proper mounting in controller along with any other connection as required.

(iii) Any other arrangement/alteration for smooth functioning of lifts should be done by contractor without any other extra cost.

(iv) The control wiring shall be secured and confirmed to standard wiring practice and it should be proper fixing on wall/in duct cover with clamping, saddling etc complete

(v) The controller shall be able to connect ,transfer and interrupt power supply and protect the motor against over load.

(vi) During the execution of work required shall be done by contractor at his own arrangement/cost

Supply & fixing break coil 180 to 185 Ohms as per sample suitable for 8/13 passenger lifts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing aluminium landing door sill of size 1700 mm x 50 mm x 30 mm thick as per sample suitable for Johson make 8/13 passenger lifts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MS CIS Panel as per sample suitable 18 SWG guage for 8/13 passenger existing Johson make lifts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MS Car fan guarding (jali) duly powder coated as per sample suitable for 8/13 passenger existing lifts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MS Top of Car Inspection Box (TOCI) with NE300 Controller duly painted for existing Johson make lifts with control of limit switchs ,up and down movement alongwith all control wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing MS Car top light Box with suitable cover for bulb / lamp alongwith all (flexible wire) sheathed appx 2 to 3 mtrs wiring connection for existing lifts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing maintenance free Battery 12V,7AH of 24 months warranty for ARD as per sample suitable for 8 passenger lift for existing lifts complete all as specified and directed.Make-Exide, luminius,Amaron (Block No.34P,37P,42P,43P,44P and 49P) Note :- Battery mfg date shall not be more than two months old from date of at site.

Supply & fixing maintenance free Battery 12V,17/18AH of 24 months warranty for ARD as per sample suitable for 13 passenger lift for existing lifts complete all as specified and directed.Make-Exide, luminius,Amaron (Block No.33G,34G,35G,36G,37G,41G,44G,46G,50G,51G,52G,54G,56G and 55G) Note :-Battery mfg date shall not be more than two months old from date of at site.

Supply, fixing and commissioning of wiring work from ARD to control panel with multistranded copper conductor cable of size 10 sqmm 4 core PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade in proper colour coding including all necessary connected items such as Al thimbles, saddles nut bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of cable : Havells/Polycab/Plaza.

Taking down and supply & fixing cabin LED light 5/6 watt round type 12mm dia for lifts complete all as specified and directed.Make - Philips,Model No.919215850449 or equvalents of Bajaj/Havells.

M & L for machine cut kota stone of size 900 mmx75 mm and 800 mm x 75 mm, 20-25mm thick, polished as in door strip over door sill, laid and jointed with chemical adhesive and edges shall be finished, moulded in full depth both side, finished and match on floor with white cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on fair faces, finished even and smooth using WPC complete incl taking down existing plaster & scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately in respective item of this BOQ.

M & L for liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M & L water proofing treatement of lift well by fixing of 10mm dia aqua TP/Dr fixit/SBR/Fosroc grouting upto 75 mm depth by drilling with 12mm bore hole & fixing in cement mortar at 600mm c/c with grouting Dr Miracle/Dr fixit/SBR/Fosroc @ 4.1 kg/Sqm average grout preapered by mixing Dr Miracle powder with Dr Miracle Part 'B' with 5% Aqua bond/Dr fixit/SBR/Fosroc bonding agent by grouting pump @ 10 to 12 kg/Sqcm pressure on positive side and @ 3 to 4kg/sqcm on negative side including removal of nipple and making fair & fine by using two coats of Aqua Bond and Dr Miracle Part 2 powder/Dr fixit/SBR/Fosroc & 4 Kg/Sqm ( 1.5 kg Aqua bond : 2.5 Kg Dr Miracle part) with polymer modified concrete with chikenwire mesh or kota stone after cleaning of lift with wire brush/washing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The contractor will give a warranty of 10 years for water proofing treatment.

Note for item No 01 to 27:- (i) The entire work shall be done through OEM's i.e any one of M/s Kone India/Schindler India Pvt Ltd/Kinetic Hyundai Elevator & Movement Technologies Ltd/Hitachi Lifts India Pvt Ltd/Mitsubishi Elevator India Pvt Ltd/OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd/Fujitech India Pvt Ltd/ Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd/Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd/LT Elevators. (ii) The tenderer has to submit intent of MoU as per proforma given at Srl Page No 124 as Appx ‘A’ from any one of the OEM’s i.e any one of M/s Kone India/Schindler India Pvt Ltd/Kinetic Hyundai Elevator & Movement Technologies Ltd/Hitachi Lifts India Pvt Ltd/Mitsubishi Elevator India Pvt Ltd/OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd/Fujitech India Pvt Ltd/ Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd/Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd/Omega Elevators/Escon Elevators Pvt Ltd/LT Elevators Pvt Ltd/IES Elevators for this effect at the time of bid submission. If it is found bonafide, then only the cover 2 will be opened for bonafide tender. The bid submitted without intent of MOU shall be rejected. (iii) Rates for all T&P required are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) Any damage done to the sensors/ drivers etc during dismantling will be replaced by the contractor at his own cost. (v) The contractor will have to submit MoU as per proforma given at Srl Page No 125 as Appx ‘B ‘ from any one of OEM within seven days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue. (vi) For the entire work any particular lift shall not be shut down for more than 02 days for replacement of repair items. In case the lift is shut down for more than 02 days, a penalty of Rs 2000/- per day will be levied for each lift. A register for taking shut down will be maintained by Engr-in-charge. Only after approval by Engr-in-charge, lift will be shut down. After completion, endorsement of JE E/M in the register is must.
