BIAL invites quotations from qualified manufacturers/authorized distributors for the supply of Certified Compostable Garbage Bin Liners for airport-wide waste segregation operations. The successful bidder shall supply compostable garbage bin liners as per the specifications and quantities detailed in this RFQ and comply with all applicable regulations issued by: • Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) • Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) • Plastic Waste Management Rules (Latest Amendments) • IS/ISO 17088 Standard for Compostable Plastics • CIPET Testing Requirements • BIS and NABL Accredited Testing Standards Notes 1.The prices should valid till 31/Dec/2028 2.Delivery should be done on monthly basis. 3.Delivery is under bidders scope, without any additional cost to BIAL 4.Payment Term : 45 days credit 5.Samples units should be supplied on or before 5/Oct/2026.
