Construction of Drains and Roads in Ramnagar area Zone 3

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 Mtr. including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soil.

Centering and shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping, bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundations in basements rafts, footings, strap beams, bases of columns , etc. up to plinth level.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforcement cement concrete all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing compaction finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering shuttering and reinforcement level. M20 Grade nominal mix (with graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Construction of un-reinforced without dowel bar plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrance, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 602. Using Cement Concrete M-20 Pavement Grade

Providing and fabricating reinforcement using steel of IS:1786-1989 for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor three level. Thermo Mechanically treated bars (confirming of relevent IS Code)

Providing stone slab covering over drains including filling of joints in cement sand mortar 1:3 with 35mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 mix complete with good finish with : Stone slab 100 to 150 mm thick average

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated Cement Concrete in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.50 metres above Ground/Bed level as per MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000 & 1700 P.C.C. 1:4:8 mix with crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.

Providing, laying & fixing in position RCC spun or hume pipes ISI marked with proper jointing in required slope packed in the gasket of hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement moratar 1:3 or having flexible rubber ring joint made with prefectly air and water tight including testing of joints as per MoRTH Specfication : Clause : 1000 & 2900 NP - 3 600 mm dia
