M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut cudappah stone slab laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out/down and opening of existing ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep, from any position of any make etc & refixing at the desired location after reassembling and after servicing/overhauling by throughly cleaning the shaft,rotor,stator and applying lubricant/grease to bearings and one coat of super enamelled varnish over winding to improve the insulation resistanc including repair/replacement of spare parts/material/items,making connection by replacing PVC insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm upto 0.5 mtr length including using material/parts of minor nature such as screws,lugs,insulation tape,nuts,bolts,washers etc after cleaning the metal surface,greasing/lubricant etc to make it functional complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The connected items required like capcitor, bearings,bush,canopy,down rods etc will be measured and paid separetely under respective items all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting the existing bituminous road / PCC hard standing upto 75cm in depth, 60cm in width and getting out excavated materials, making good the damaged portion after laying of pipes by returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate upto 30cm depth from top of the road all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm bore dia GI tubing, medium grade, laid in trenches / floors or fixed to wall in any length with screwed and socket joints together with all galvanised GI fitting such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, reducers, unions, jointing materials etc and pressure testing, washing out, including dismantling, taking out old corroded pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
