Reinforcement cement concrete elevated service reservoir (RCC ESR) (Part A)

Designing (aesthetically), and constructing RCC elevated service reservoirs of following capacity with RCC staging consisting of columns, internal and external bracings spaced vertically not more than 4.5 meters centre to centre for ESR having capacity upto 500 cum and not more then 6m C/C for ESR having capacity above 500 cum including excavation in all types of strata, foundation concrete, cement plaster with water proofing compound to the in side face and out side face of the container and also plaster with pleastic paint in all colfumms and bracings, including refilling disposing off the surplus stuff within a lead of 50meter, all lablur and material charges including lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly of inlet, outlet, washout, overflow and by pass arragements as per departmental design, providing and fixing accessories such as M.S. ladder, out side, stainless steel lader in conternor, C.I. manhole frame and covers, water level indicatores, lightening conductor, G.I. pipe railing around walk way and top slab, providing spiral stair case from ground level to roof level, M.S. grill gate of 2M height with locking arrangement of approved design, B.B. masonary chambers for all valves, ventilating shafts providing and applying three coats Acrqlie emulsion with silican edditves paints to the structure including roof Slab, epoxy painting to internal surface and anti-termite treatment for underground part soft he structure and giving satisfactory water tightness test as per I.S. code. The job to include painting the name of the scheme and other details on the reservoir as per the directions of Engineer In charge.

RCC GSR AND SUMP (Part B)

Designing (aesthetically), and constructing RCC ground service reservoirs/ RCC sumps in M-300 mix of required capacity including excavation in all types of stata, foundation concrete, container walls, bottom slab top RCC roof slab/ or dome, 20mm thick cement plaster with water proofing compound in CM 1:3 proportion to inside face of the container, including epoxy paint from inside including refilling and disposing of surplus stuff within lead of 50M, all labour and materials charges, for laying and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet washout, over flow and by-pass arrangement consisting of C.I./M.S. D/F. pipes, specials and valves of given diameters, providing and fixing accessories such as M.S. ladder inside and outside, C.I. Manhole frame and cover, at top slab, B.B. masonry chamber for all valves, ventilating shafts, including giving satisfactory hydraulic test and water tightness test as per IS code and providing three coat of cement paints to all expose surface of structure including roof surface etc. complete as per design data, criteria, obligatory requirements and detailed specifications.

RCC/Brick masonary pump house (Part C)

Construction of size 7.00m x 4.50m size Half under ground and over G.L.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vid classification of soil item - A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts, leveling ramming the foundation trenches, removing roots of trees, shurbs all complete as per approved design building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing coarse clean send in filling in foundation trenches or in plnth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing designation 75 A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing P.C.C. M - 150 in nominal mix of (1:2:4) in foundation with approved quality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening shuttering mixing cement concrete in mixer and placing in position vibrating, stricking, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as perbuilding specification and direction of E/I.
