M&L for Rough Excavation not exc. 1.5 Meter deep and getting out in Soft/Loose Soil etc (within MoD land as directed by user) for Embankment in Traverse wall, complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Removing & Placing Excavated Materials (Soils) for Embankment not exc. 50 Metres and deposited where directed, complete all as as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Forming Embankment including Raising (or Lowering) of Earth, Spreading in layers not exc. 30 Cm thick required size, water rammimg/rolling and finished to required size,shape etc not exc 4.50 Meter from base with materials obtained from Item No 1 & 2, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

Taking down cement of cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, static water tanks etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement)with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacture etc, complete all as specified and as directed. by Engr-in-charge Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separatly .

Supply only Integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15 mm thick, cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete on wall surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc, complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement ) etc, complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of wall, concrete surface and applying two Coats of all Weather Exterior Emulsion Paints in Camouflaging pattern @ 1.43litre/10 sqm over and including priming Coats of Exterior Primer of same make applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority and RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 Colour shades as per approved pattern at a height n.exc 25 mtr as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The % of the colours may change without any financial effect.

Material and labour for prepration of new plastered surfaces of Ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on Ceiling, complete all as specifiede and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of fire resistant paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel rolling shutters, any type with two ball bearings as specified including top cover, anchor rod etc complete all directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Steel rolling shutters, mannual operated type with ball bearinngs, complete all as specified in SSR Part-I, including tope cover, anchorintg rod, hasp & staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position (thickness of sheet/ lathes 1 mm and curtain inter locking curl 75 to 85 width of each trip of each strip) and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/pillars in cement and sand mortar 1:4 and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for hold fasts etc, complete all as specified. Note: (i) Quoted rate includes making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing finished specifications. (ii) Quoted rate includes necessary use and waste of form work, if required.

Demolition Brick work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches and Pillars, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work built in CM (1:4) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size bricks) complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in -charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for Non-skid Coloured Ceramic joint free Tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceedig 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in Flooring, set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White or Colour Cement to match the Tiles, laid over and including Screed or Screed Bed 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed shall be included in quoted unit rate.

M&L for Coloured Glazed Ceramic Tiles 450x300x7mm thick in Vertical Surface i.e. Dado, Skirting,etc., set and jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White or Colour Cement to match the Tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement rendering shall be included in quoted unit rate.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection, finishing Cement Concrete surface Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, including making joints 12mm wide upto total depth of concrete at every 3.00 metre interval and every change of direction including necessary form work and joint cutting, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Elegant Tile made of perforated cement fiber composite (595X595)X5mm thickness covered with absorptive microfiber coating on the front side and Acoustics fiber on the back side, water resistance, fire resistant absorption coefficient upto 0.89 at 160Hz tested as per ISO 354. The tiles are anti-sag and installed on T24 grid system of 0.6mm thick Main "T" length min 3000mm, web min 35mm to be placed at 600mm centre to centre and secondary cross 'T'of length 600mm web min 35mm interlocked, wire support for main T to be taken at every 1200mm length wise and 600mm width wise, with a backing of 50mm 1000GSM thick absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant IS 15061-2002 for excellent results complete all as directed. Make : Himalayan Accoustic or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking down chowkhats/ frames & shutters of any description not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats/ frames & shutters without taking off shutters from the frame, size of opening exc. 1.50 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description size exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5.0mm thick plain colour PVC Sheet reinforced with Mild Steel Square Tube and fixing in opening as per Specification and Drawing of MES Schedule Part-II, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stile), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drg, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F of Powder Coated Anodised Aluminium door Shutters, Aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/M including necessary joining cleats , glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door , 3 Nos hinges, 2 Nos tower bolts, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc including taking out existing, complete all as specified.

M&L for 12 mm thick both sides prelaminated Particle board, exterior grade, fixed with screws to frame work in cup board shutters, partitions, shelves etc.

S&F 5.50mm thick tinted glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or with wooden/ alluminium shutter (supplied alongwith shutter) exc 0.50 sqm each complete all as directed by Emgineer in Charge.

S&F 200mm Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as directed by Emgineer in Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete.

Supplying and fixing sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with wooden beads in square not exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete.

Supply and fixing as in repairs galvanised stainless steel wire cloth 0.63 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tack or galvanised wire staple complete.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings any gauge, thickness and in any position including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling expanded metal, any thickness or mesh not exc 4 kg weight per sqm, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric to angle iron frame not exc 4 Kg weight per square metre all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coats of redoxide paint exposed to view surfaces complete all as specified.

Welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Welding in repairs exc 2.5cm but not exc 5 cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6 mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of in Ground & Pavings. not exc. 150mm thickness (below or above Ground Level) and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8(40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finishing surface even & smooth without using extra cement as in floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for providing cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for providing slope , roof kerbs or mud stops & SWT coping rounded or chamfered edges all as directed by Engr-in charge

M&L for Removing of bushes upto 10 cm dia trunk, grass from roof top, racking out joints/pointing to brick tiles and flush pointing with 1:3 cement mortar with water proofing compound, all as specified as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel /plastered surface of any description not otherwise descri-bed, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as in danger boards, fencing posts, struts ,pipes,gates etc. as per the approved colour and as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high by using fluorecent paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repair Mild steel, plain, black sheet of 0.8mm thick in wall cladding, weep hole covers, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to brick/RCC wall etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Linoleum sheet, plain coloured, 3.2/3.3 mm thick, laid dry in floors including stretching, cutting and fitting and sealed down with an approved adhesive. Including dismantling of existing sheets and preparation of floor surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in surface channel etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in bands, coping, bed plate etc including weathering slightly chamfered or rounded angles including necessary form work, if any, and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified.
