Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

P/L Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing stone slab with table rubbed, edges rounded and polished, of size 75x50 cm deep and 1.8 cm thick, fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth. P/F Statue of Maharana Partap made of high quality fiber glass single color ( any metallic shade like copper, gold or bronze) with swear and sword with it. Dimension of the statue should be height 10 ft from bottom to head approx and statue frame base size 10 ft by 4 ft as per the direction of Engineer in charge including all costs complete in all respect with stand
