Providing and Fixing Homogeneous PVC sheet, 2mm thick, conforming to IS:3462 latest edition in flooring and skirting (Polyfloor or approved equivalent make) in approved pattern, colour & shade on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacturer like Dunlop-S -758, or Fevicol SR 998, or approved equivalent including cleaning & preparation of surface, levelling small undulations with plaster of paris if required, rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement.

Providing and laying of acrylic based polypropylene Carpet from ‘Unitex’ of variety sonnet of tufted pile weight of 750gms/sqm of approved colour shade, backing of 8mm expanded polyurethane foam of approved colour, shade, cleaning and applying synthetic resin adhesive of SR:998 or equivalent make over the floor / skirting as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. fixing all complete. Note: 1. Sample shall be got approved before commencing work. 2. The above work shall be got executed from approved manufacturers.

Supply and installation of Double Skin HDFR Drywall partition system 94mm thick using Anutone Tufbloc magnesia (or approved equivalent) drywall partition system (having high water & fire resistance) which includes two layers of Anutone Tufbloc Square edge of size 1200x2400x12mm having density 1000kgs/cum, weight 10 & 12kg/cum fixed on the either side of GI strut channel framework. Framing : Framework includes Floor/Head (FC50) channels having thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 32mm and web of 50mm fixed to floor and ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm centres staggered. Noise and fire rated silicon sealant to caulked along the perimeter of the partition frame before fixing channels. Then Stud channel (SC48) having thickness 0.75mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 34/36mm and web of 48mm should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centres. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc.) Frame cavity insulation : Anutone Synth PF (or approved equivalent) having thickness 50mm, width 600mm, density 1000gsm filled between the Studs and held in position by using chicken wire mesh/cross bracings/pasting on one side of the boards. Boarding: The first layer of Anutone Tufbloc (or approved equivalent) 12mm thick should be fixed on one side of the Stud framework in a staggered (ashlar or brick) pattern by using suitable metal fasteners at 300mm centres. Another layer of Anutone Tufbloc (or approved equivalent) 12mm thick should be fixed over it in staggered pattern with suitable metal fasteners. Edges of the two layers of boards must not coincide. Same procedure to be followed on other side of the framework to give 2 layers on either side of framework. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Jointing: 4mm gap to be filled by using Anutone seam kit as per recommendations. Providing wall panelling using 9mm thick commercial plywood laminated with 1mm thick lamination textured finishing of Greenlam or approved equivalent on one side over a backing of 6mm thick commercial ply and 50x25mm second class teak wood rough ground runner horizontal and vertical at around 600mm centre to centre frame work, including varnish/painting the teakwood framework surface, varnish/paint mixed with anti-termite chemical and necessary screws, nails, adhesive etc., complete all as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wall panelling using 8mm thick particle board with veneer facing of approved colour over a backing of 6mm thick commercial ply and 50x25mm second class teak wood rough ground runner horizontal and vertical at around 600mm centre to centre frame work, including 2 coats of varnishing the veneer surface, varnish/painting the teakwood framework surface, varnish/paint mixed with anti-termite chemical and necessary screws, nails, adhesive etc., complete all as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and supplying Armstrong/Anutone ‘Optra Acoustical Wall Panelling (or approved equivalent)’ with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent and classified for Fire reaction Class B-s1, d1 as per EN13501, coloured fabric as per the choice of the Architect of size 600X600/1200 mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.90 NRC to be affixed to wall using Wall panel impalers supplied by Armstrong (or approved equivalent) as per the instructions laid down by the manufacturer 4 / 8 nos. Armstrong wall panel Impalers (or approved equivalent) of shall be fixed to the wall surface using self tapping screws. Silica based construction adhesive to be dabbed on to the projecting elements (spikes) of the impalers. Optra wall panels shall be pierced through the spikes of the impalers ensuring the line and level of the panels are maintained.

Providing & Fixing Channelled Woodworks perforated panels [KNAUF Ceiling Solutions Type 3 (ARMSTRONG) or approved equivalent] of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length 2400mm or as required by the Architect/Engineer, made of Moisture Resistant fibre board with minimum 595 Kg/cu.m. density substrate with a laminated facing/high density fibre board with minimum 830 Kg/cu.m. density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade (Portland maple, Sea beech, Siam wood, Mystique Walnut, Interior white & alumina pearl) & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a “Helmholtz” fluted perforation of 3mm/4mm width and 21/13mmm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be “tongue-and-grooved” to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece having NRC of 0.52-0.55. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by KNAUF Ceiling Solutions and approved by the Architect/ Engineer-in-Charge. Installation : Install AL battens (Provided by Intech - un anodized Aluminium frame work using 50x25mm of 1.2mm thick Aluminium box section with 50mm thick, 48Kg density Rock wool covered with white tissue to achieve the NRC upto 0.75) or as approved by the Architect. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled woodworks provided by KNAUF Ceiling Solutions (ARMSTRONG) over the lowest and second wooden batten at an on-centre distance of 600mm. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the Al keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel, all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 50mm thick, 16Kg/cu.m. density Glass wool covered with white tissue complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing the existing damaged wall panelling and replacing the damaged 1mm thick lamination sheet/flanel cloth with new 1mm thick lamination sheet/flanel cloth and match with existing etc. complete including cost of material, labour all as per specification.

Providing and fixing approved make of 8mm thick Wooden laminated flooring with locking system & moulding with 2mm thick foam sheet and polythene sheet over cement surface flooring all as per manufactures specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 1. Sample shall be got approved before commencing work. 2. The above work shall be got executed from approved manufacturers.
