Providing fixing MS Stair for Aeration LT Panel at Mehrauli STP by carrying out following works:- Providing and fixing the MS staircase of total 12 ft. length supported on MS channel of size 100x50mm on both sides and fixed on 300x300x16 mm MS plate (8 Nos.) grouted on ground with fasteners/RCC as per site requirement. Step of size 42 inches x 10 inches made out MS angle of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm covered with MS chequered sheet of at least 6mm thickness as per site requirement and direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing the MS staircase of total 11 ft. length supported on MS channel of size 100x50mm on both sides fixed on 300x300x16 mm MS plate (8 nos.) grouted on ground with fasteners as per site requirement. Step of size 42 inches x 10 inches made out MS angle of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm covered with MS chequered sheet of at least 6mm thickness as per site requirement and direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing the platform for adjoining staircase of s.no. 1 and s.no. 2 of size 50”x 50”. The platform should be made of MS angle of size 75 x 75 x 6 mm and top covered with at least 6mm MS chequered sheets. The platform should be supported by fixing M.S C Channel pillars of size 100 x 50 mm below the platform with grouting in ground using RCC.

Making of the MS Railing around the platform and stair case made out of 40mm round pipe duly welded with two horizontal pipes with vertical pipe support having 1-meter height as per requirement of site and direction of engineer in charge

Providing and fixing of M.S door with locking arrangement on platform of size 3.5 x 6 ft. The outer frame should be made 65 x 65 x 6 mm and inner frame should be made of 50 x 50 x 6 mm. The inner frame should be covered with MS sheet of 18SWG as per site requirement and direction of engineer in charge.

Arrangement of all safety equipment for the protection of staff to work at height of 15m and to make the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accidents during working at site as per NHRC guidelines.

Providing of red oxide metal primer

Providing of Yellow enamel paint

Painting the complete structure with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of enamel paint with help of one skilled and one unskilled labour as per requirement of site and direction of engineer in charge
