Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/blankets, any thickness, including any thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Dismantling timber framed work in fillets, rails posts, rafters, purlins, etc. Under 40 Sq.cm in section etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Dismantling timber framed work scantlings 40 sq.cm and over in section, in any position etc. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, cills, steps;seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Demolition PCC block or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L for Precast cement concrete block Masonry with solid blocks of Type C-1 cement concrete 1:3:6, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
S&F 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws, washers, and L - type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw in roof sheeting, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 etc all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.
S&F 0.63 mm thick plain Galvanised, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, vally gutters, drip, straight flashing & fixed with coach screws, washers, and L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw in roofs, walls etc. (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 etc all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L for mild steel for wind ties for roof including securing bolts, screwing etc. & for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L for preparation of new zinc (or galvanised) comouflage pattern surfaces to receive painting, by a coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome, red oxide etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair anodised aluminium snap grid of size 605 x 605 mm frame work for false ceiling incl hangers 6 mm dia (upto 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/ roof truss by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flats 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expension hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia and 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L for fixed in repair 10 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminium framed work in ceiling flat or sloping etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L for Gypsum Board 12 mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L 15 mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Applying evenly a tack coat including cleaning priming surfaces and applying heavy treatment for severe condition using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade 2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed steel surface by forced application incl taking out old sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
M&L for cutting and chases into old masonary to form toothing bonding in new bricks or stone work, making good in Cement Mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
