Demolition of cement concrete of any description in sunken floor or in any position as specified and directed. .

Treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications and all as specified :-

(i) Material and labour for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick average PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 5 mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% BY WT OF CEMENT CONSUMED. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting to be carried out (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty.

(iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(v) Material and labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky,, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (This item shall be measured and paid separately).

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @3% wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately )

Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the rates quoted above.

(vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black paint shall be paid separately)

Material and labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for PCC in 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in sunken floor of toilet complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections 15mm bore including cleaning or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connections 20mm bore including cleaning or removal to store all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceiling or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm dia UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed to walls, ceiling or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs stop valves/angle valve, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe of 15mm bore all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs stop valves, cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) for iron pipe of 15mm bore of complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 25 mm dia gun- metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe & fixed in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing all the rubbish etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (Fist quality) of size 300 x 200 x 6 to 7 mm / 300 x 450 x 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and rises to steps etc. including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 set and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Fist quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and set and jointed in neat grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Vitrified ceramic tiles of premium quality, light shade, 9-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm (size 600 x 600 mm), laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for vitrified coloured tiles of 600x 600 x 9-10 mm thick as in skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 including taking down old wall dado/finishes of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each but with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed

-ditto- as per Item No. above but n.exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx 47mm made out of 5mm wood grains printed PVC sheet reinforced with ms square tube and edges painted to match with printed sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (styled) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ,C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck in side with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail and bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet bedding and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site all as specified and directed.
