COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF MODULAR OT AND CONNECTED EQUIPMENT AND COMPREHENSIVE MAINT / PERIODICAL REPAIRS OF LIFTS AT INHS DHANVANTARI UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE MINNIEBAY, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

M & L for periodical servicing, comprehensive maintenance and repair (Comprehensive AMC) of Modualr OT at INHS dhanvantari consisting of following equipments along with scope of work for the below mentioned locations: (a)Touch screen Surgeon control panel: Regular inspection and servicing, functional checks and calibration, repair and replacement of faulty components (b) Surgical Pendant: Routine maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality and safety, replacement of worn out parts. (c) Anesthesia Pendant: Routine maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality and safety, replacement of worn out parts. (d) MGPS system along with valve box: Inspection for leaks and blockages, maintenance of outlets and valves.

(e) Hermitically operated doors: inspection and servicing for proper functionality and replacement of worn out parts. (f) Inspection, servicing, repair/ replacement of filters and defective sensors/ electrical parts of scrub station. (g) Inspection, servicing, repair/ replacement of defective electrical parts of X Ray view box. (h) Hatch Box: inspection, servicing & maintenance of Hatch Box, repair/ replacement of defective parts. (j) Non-Hygroscopic peripheral lights: inspection, servicing & maintenance of recess mounted peripheral lights of wattage 54W, checking for any loose connections and repair/ replacement of defective light fitting. (k) UV tube lights: inspection, servicing & maintenance of UV tube lights for sterilization, checking for any loose connections and repair/ replacement of defective light fitting.

Note: (a) The contractor has to do the regular servicing / preventive maintenance monthly basis and each OT per month shall be considered as one Job. (b) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive all major/ minor parts for above mentioned equipments to make functinal of the Modular OT other than surgeon control panel, HEPA filter sensor, HEPA filters, vacuum insulated view window and raspberry board. (c) The spare parts such as surgeon control panel, HEPA filter sensor and raspberry board shall be measured as supply only. (d) The quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of attending breakdown calls also during the period. (e) Each modular OT will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Touch screen Surgeon control panel including of all fittings & fixtures complete, mounted flush in the operation theatre wall along with Distribution board provided to allow access to the panel for maintenance. Each control panel consists of following: Day time digital clock -01 no. Elapsed time digital clock- 01 no Hands free telephone – 01 no Medical Gas Alarm ( 5 gas) Temperature & Humidity display standard Clock- 01 no. MAKE : JK / DIGILINE / MARS STERILE SOLUTION

Supply only sensor for HEPA filter functionality compatible for existing surgeon control panel of JK make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Raspberry mother board suiotable for existing surgeon control panel of JK make complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for integrity testing of HEPA Filter in Modular OT in accordance with ISO-14644 and the test results shall include the following for the following OTs: (i) Air Particle count test report on Grill and near OT table. (ii) HEPA integrity / Particle count report. (iii) Air Changes per hour report. (iv) Fresh Air Changes report. (v) Air velocity at Grill report. (vi) Differential Pressure, Relative Humidity & Temparature report. Note: i) Integrity testing of each OT shall be measured as one Job.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of vacuum insulated view window of area not less than 1.8 Sqm with motorized blind of specified size consisting of vacuum insulated fixed glazing made up of double 5 mm thick toughned glass. It shall also includes powder coated aluminium frame of approved shade flush mounted with wall panelling. It also includes motorized horizontal venetian blinds made up with powder coated aluminium strips of vista level or equivalent of approved shade capable of 90 degree rotation and will be sandwiched between two toughned glasses with overall thickness of 50 mm. The motor shall be capable of being operated with remote and shall be of reputed brand as approved by GE and taking down existing vacuum insulated window curtain with motor safely with out damaging any sorroundings complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding for removal and fixing of vacuum insulated view window curtain.

M&L for strip opening of laminar air flow hood and plenum carefully , dismantling existing unserviceable hepa filters of OT, supply, install, testing and commissioning of flange type Mini Pleat HEPA filter (H-14) of size 610 x 915 x 75 mm having aluminium frame, white food grade gasket, micro fibre glass media with I.P.D 22±10% mm WG, F.P.D 75mm WG, air flow 750 CFM, efficiency of the HEPA filters shall not be less than 99.997% down 0.3µ and refixing the plenum ceiling properly without damaging any existing system complete testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) The contractor has to submit manufacturer's test certificate for HEPA filter before execution/claiming payment. (b) The quoted rate is inclusive of on site validation testing of HEPA filter after installation and the if the efficiency of HEPA filter is less than the minimum requirements i.e 99.99% upto 0.3 microns, the same shall be replaced by contractor with out any extra claim from department.

M/L for periodical servicing of dehumidification system of ceiling suspended indoor evaporator coil/blower handling unit by ceiling removing false ceiling carefully, keeping it in safe custody for refixing, dismantling GI duct sheet from ceiling suspended indoor unit of 3400 CFM capacity, checking/inspection of duct heater with wiring complete, cleaning/servicing duct heater assembly complete with air flow sensor, humidy state/ thermostat digital with controls/control wiring complete including replacement of defective spares if any incl any modification required for existing ducting including duct joints/sealant etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Spares such as Duct heaters, sensors, humidistat, thermostat and control wiring shall be measured and paid separately. (b)Rate inclusive of necessary modification to GI ducting with insulation complete.

Supply only spares for carrying out reapairs under item No 8.00 above:-

Duct heaters shall be CE marked Grade III, CRC constructed with powder coated paint, Slip-in-type, 415V/3PH/AC/50 Hz, star connection type, horizontal/vertical type installation with GI 1.5mm thick enclosure and finned tubular air heating elements filled with best quality MGO powder, stainless steel-304 sheathed with GI fins and 80/20 Nichrome wire elements shall be detachable type for easy maintenance and replacement. Make: Daspass or equivalent.

Controls with air flow sensor, humidy state, thermostat digital with controls/control wiring of complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for comprehensive / routine maintenance, attending breakdown calls and repair including renewal/ replacements of minor/ major defective parts of electrically operated stretcher cum passenger lift of capacity (20 persons / 1360 Kgs), fully down collective with microprocessor based control panel gear lift, automatic operated sliding doors serving ground plus upper three floors (G+3), Make "JOHNSON" installed at INHS Dhanvantari including carrying out the monthly check and routine periodical service as mentioned in PS of fully automatic electric lift with power operated door duplex collective control system MRL, Gear with replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearing, bushes, all type of shoes, headers, hangers, door cards, door lock, control cards, control connectors/ links, hall push buttons, hall push button covers, rewinding of motors, welding of crack/ broken MS parts, repairs to door,safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, cop buttons, car position indicator, door sill, car door sill, necessary wiring and cable, infrared sensor and all major/minor parts as per requirement for safe operation of lift, lift cabin fan, cabin light complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift (Platinum service provided by the OEM) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for comprehensive / routine maintenance, attending breakdown calls and repair including renewal/ replacements of minor/ major defective parts of electrically operated Goods cum passenger lift of capacity 20 passenger (1360 Kgs), fully down collective with microprocessor based control panel gearless lift, automatic operated sliding doors serving ground plus upper two floors (G+2), Make "JOHNSON" installed at INHS Dhanvantari including carrying out the monthly check and routine periodical service as mentioned in PS of fully automatic electric lift with power operated door duplex collective control system MRL, Gearless with replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearing, bushes, all type of shoes, headers, hangers, door cards, door lock, control cards, control connectors/ links, hall push buttons, hall push button covers, rewinding of motors, welding of crack/ broken MS parts, repairs to door,safety edge working at any principle and any type of sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, cop buttons, car position indicator, door cill, car door cill, necessary wiring and cable, infrared sensor and all major/minor parts as per requirement for safe operation of lift, lift cabin fan, cabin light complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift (Platinum service provided by the OEM) complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes for Item Nos 1 & 2: (i) The comprehensive maintenance (Platinum Agreement) shall be done through respective OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified perform given on Particular Specification from respective OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt Ltd. within Twenty Eight days from date of receipt of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default. (iii) Contractor will conclude comprehensive maintenance contract with OEM and copy of the agreement along with Tax invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-charge and GE before commencement of AMC. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement.

(iv) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regularly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and attending complaints/ break down calls within respective time frame as catered in Particular specification for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (v) Contractor will prominently display his contact/ mobile number and OEM contact number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (vi) Contractor shall submit safety security certificate of lifts from OEM in every month as per performa given in particular specification and shall be submitted along with running account receipts and final bill failing which payment shall not be processed. (vii) Monthly maintenance check will be carried out by OEM as per monthly maintenance check list mentioned in particular specification.
