1. REPAIR OF VEH BA NO 11C-091309Y (TATA Mobile ). (a) Tinkering Wrok: Two side mudguard patching, front cabin flooring patching, cabin rear pillar right and left both side patching, rear body complete patching, foot board angle welding. (b) Repair to battery box cutting the rusted portion of box and weld the box including one coat of redoxide paint fixing back to vehicle. (c) Removing of front two Nos cabi seats including dimantling of old eat cover, cushioning etc and material and labour for making new seat with dunlop foam and new seat cover (approved colour) and fixing to its existing position including welding work complete. (d) Removing of back side seat and dismantling of old seat cover cushioning etc and material and labour for making new seats using Dunlop foam and new seat cover of approved colour including welding work complete. (e) Dismantling and opening of front suspension system, cleaning and alignment check and reparing with the replacement of following necessary spare parts fitting and testing complete:- (i) Suspension Bush Kit- 01 Set (ii) Centre link ball joints- 02 Nos (iii) Tie rod end- 01 Set (iv) Ball joint Kit- 01 Set (v) Double wich bone type with coil spring- 01 Set. (f) Dismantling/ removing damaged/ broken front wheel brake reparing with the replacement of the following new spares, refitting and testing complete. (i) Disc (g) Dismantling/ removing damaged// broken rear wheel brake rum repairing with the replacement of the follwong new spares, refitting and testing complete:- (i) Drum (ii) Brake Pad (h) Dismantling/ opening brake servo opening repairing with replacement of following new spares, refitting and testing complete (i) Servo assembly (ii) Brake Oil (j) Replacing the defective Tail lamps with complete assembly. (k) Dismantling of side mirror assembly and provn of New side mirror left and right side - 02 PCs. (l) Replacement to manual sliding assembly of Glass frame of side doors front & back left sides. (m) Repair to rediator for arresting the leakage by brazing the copper tubes, cleaning with chemical and hose pioe. (n) Dismantling of damaged fuel pump assembly and overhauling, repair and calibration and fixing of fuel pump assembly. (o) Dismantling Tank from existing position and acid cleaning and repair to leakages by patch work by welding pieces, touch up painting of existing colour and refixing. (p) Dismantling of oil chamber top, removal of U/s chamber gasket and Provn of new chamber gasket and refixing of Assembly.

2. REPAIR OF VEH BA NO 11D-187345W (Eicher). (a) M&L for complete servicing of Vehicle including washing of Veh inside and outside wity high pressure nozzle including replacement of following :- 01 Job. (i) Fuel Filter – 01 Set. (ii) Oil Filter – 01 Set. (iii) Nipple Greasing – 01 Job. (iv) Transmission Oil Change – 01 Job. (v) Break Oil Change – 01 Job. (vi) Engine Oil GST – 7.5 Ltrs. (vii) Front Wheel break shoes – 01 Set. (viii) Rear Wheel brak shoes- Set-01 (ix) Door lock assembly – 01 Each. (x) Geer Knob- Each-01 (xi) Gear lever kit- 01 Kit (xii) Gear lever dust cover- 01 Each (xiii) Door lock, gear level kit, dust cover opening fitting and adjusting- 01 Job (xi) Tyre Rotation- 01 Job. (b) Repair of Steering : Opening of steering complete with Tie Rod, Dismantling all parts checked and fitting with replacement of following complete fitting properly wheel alignment check adjusting properly and testing the same. (i) Steering column bearing -01 Each (ii) Tie Rod ends- 01 Each. (c) Repair to Electrical System with complete inspection and rectify fault if any by replacement of following:- (i) Head Light- 01 Each (ii) Side Indicator- 02 Each (iii) Wiring complete - 01 Job.
