REPAIRS TO SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, SOAKWELL AND CONNECTED WORKS AT CERTAIN OTM ACCN IN TECH AREA AT AFS THANJAVUR

Cleaning of existing SGSW/CI/PVC (SWR) sewage line blockage by rodding from manhole to manhole removing and disposing the sludge, silt, debris, solid materials etc, any diamenter of pipe, off domestic and tech area premises testing of sewage line by flushing with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of manholes of any size and depth by removing MH covers, removing of accumulated liquid, sludge/sediments by manually / mechanical means, transporting the fluid/sludge etc in covered containers by manually or mechanically and burying the same in pits where directed including necessary excavation refill and disposal of surplus soil etc complete, cleaning with fresh water, placing the MH covers intact in position complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The rate quoted for the Items 1&2 shall include any excavation, RFR etc that may be necessary for cleaning the blockage. However any pipe requiring replacement will only be measured under appropriate Item here in after.

Cleaning of blockage in nahani trap / floor trap in ground floor and upper floors upto junction of down take pipe, flushing with water including removing the grating, oval access door/cleaning eye etc and refixing the same in position and removing the sludge, silt, debris etc, and deposal the of same off domestic and tech area premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Clearing of blockage in gully trap and / or upto first manhole, flushing with water including removing the top cover and refixing the same in position and removing the sludge, silt, debris etc and disposal of same off domestic and tech area premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Clearing of blockage in water closet (any type in ground floor including in “P” or “S” trap upto junction of down take pipe and/or upto first manhole including removing the access door of bend and refixing the same in position and removing the sludge, silt, debris, solid materials etc, flushing with water and disposal of sludge slit debris, solid materials etc off domestic and technical area premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Clearing of blockage in water closet (any type) in upper floor including in “P” or “S” trap upto junction of downtake pipe including removing the access door of bend and refixing the same in position and removing the sludge slit, debris, solid materials etc, flushing with water and disposal of sludge, slit, debris, solid materials etc off domestic and technical area premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Grease trap any type of size desilting and dewatering by mechnical means by using sewage tanker vehicales fitted with suction pumps, clearing off shrubs/bushes/vegetation found around 3 mtrs from external edge on all sides of Grease trap and making good to reuse the Grease trap including disposing the sludge, slit, debris, solid materials etc off defence land premises for Grease trap complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Cleaning of grease trap for every month and twice in a month as per site conditions and dircted by Engineer-in-Charge.
