Note : (i) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. S&F in repairs steel window/ventilator factory made, made out of MS hollow section 79mmx39mmx1.6mm thick frame with double shutters (Glazed & wire gauge shutters) made out of 'Z' section using flush butt welding & tenon riveting all as per IS 1038 / 83, dobby hinges shall be provided to both shutters. Locking arrangements as per sample approved by GE, provided with knob, 10mm MS square bars in grills, 'Z' section handle 100mm sized & 150mm long hook & eye welded to frame & shutter, four nos lugs welded to frame including necessary flat iron beading for securing wire gauge etc including holes, cutting holes for hold fasts and making good in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including preparation of surfaces & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- Wire mesh and sheet glass shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. M &L for Non-skid ceramic premium quality coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.

M&L for Holes for nails or screws, hand punched through iron or mild steel (0.63 to 1.60mm thickness) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Holes for nails or screws, hand punched through iron or mild steel for rivets or bolts through iron or mild steel not exceeding 6mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
