SCHEDULE B1 CIVIL WORKS :-CONSTRUCTION OF HEAD WEIR ( 1 No of length 18 m.)
Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work upto all depth all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, chiselling of soft/hard rock, where blasting prohibited in all leads and lifts and including trimming of sides levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed in all leads and lifts and soring/strutting timbering and dewatering whereever required to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer –in-charge .
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete.

CONSTRUCTION OF PUMP HOUSES
Construction of pump house with chowkidar room including internal electrical wiring, water supply and sanitary, other allied items, cost of septic tank and as per drawing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge ( Refer to Data Sheet No.-1 )
CONSTRUCTION OF SUMP WELL / STORAGE TANKS
Constructing RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab of roof slab, roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MSERW pipes special and valves / acuated valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level, indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks. The cost of the actuators and chamber for valves shall be measured and paid for separately.The work shall include supplying of 5 sets of structural design and drawings.

FENCING WORK AROUND THE PUMP HOUSE & STORAGE TANK
Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard & soft rock and chiselling work including slushy soil & under flooring water up to all excavated soil up to any lead & lifts from the edge of excavation and then depth and stacking the returning the stacked soil in 15 CM (fifteen centimetres) layer's when required in to plinth sides of foundation etc. Consolidation each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all lead of 20 meters in Chiselling /wedging out of rock complete in all respect.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 mix (one cement :Three sand :six stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in Retaining wall as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge with in all lead & lifts.
Providing form work with steel plates 3.15milimetres thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm So as give a fair finish including centring shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battans & ballies, height of propping & centring below supporting floor to celling not exceeding 4.00 metres & removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :-

Supplying & fixing galvanised mild steel barbed wire (IS: 278-1962 Type-I) weighting 9.38 Kgs per 100 metres (minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pipe etc. complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.
Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S. joists , channels , angles ,tees Weight of Angle 50x50x5mm
Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1Cement, 4Sand ) of 2nd class bricks complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts.
Steel work in build up sections, trusses & framed work i/c cutting, hoisting & fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red paint - In grating, framed, guards, bars, ladder, railing, brackets and similar work
SCHEDULE B2 PUMPING MACHINERY
CENTRIFUGAL PUMING MACHINERY (CLEAR WATER TANK)
PUMPING MACHINERY CENTRIFUGAL:- Supply ,Installation ,Testing & Commissioning of star rated energy efficient horizontal spindle, horizontal/ radial split casing/end suctions (back pull out arrangement)single/ double/ multistage centrifugal pump suitable for operation, in parallel of recommended make such as Mather and platt/ KSB/Kirloskar/Jyoti /Beaconweir BS&BE or any other approved make confirming to BIS-1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze/Bronze with 2.5% Nickel impellers, dia of 405mm priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze/ steel, shaft of SS:410/AIS 1431 Chrom in plated with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a Common MS base plate to squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor/TEFC/CACA of standard make such as Kirloskar/BHEL/ Crompton/NGEF/GEC/ Siemens / Jyoti/Area Brown Boven (ABB)/CGL and suitable for operation on 415 + 15 volts, 50 cycles/second 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at least (+) 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump / pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 15% of the duty point head. The motor/ motors should be as per IS: 325-1978 with upto date amendments read with IS:900-1972. The starting current of the motor shall be limited to not more than 4.5 to 5 times of full load current.
It should include cost of bearing nuts, bolts and painting etc and should meet the following requirement including Pump sets (working + standby), All electrical equipments such as Starter, ICTP switches, MCB, Bush bar chamber, MCB, Panel board indicating lamps, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Hour run meter should be of electronic type , incoming and outgoing water proof cable for panel board, Double loop earthing, copper cable pressure gauge, capacitor, common header, sluice valve, NRV including erection and testing complete necessary piping for suction and common header and control valves alongwith electrical works including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/ site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc.; complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge. The HP are indicative, the design/drawings of Pumping Machinery is to be got approved by L-1 Contractor from the competent authority before placing supply order for the same after finalisation of tender. The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. The pumping machinery & its accessories/valves/piping work etc. should meet with the following requirements. (i) Sluice Valves/Reflux Valves to be provided on delivey line:- These shall be double flanged valves of approved make & size of valves shall be or one size higher than delivery size of offered pump. The class of valves for stage shall be, cast steel ASA-600. For suction side valve shall be one sze higher suction size of pump & class shall be CI PN 1-6. (ii) Reflux Valves to be provided in Rising Main:- It shall be double flanged valve of approved make & size of valve shall be same as dia of rising main pipe. The class of valve shall be Cast steel ASA-600. (iii) Piping work (Common Header, Delivery pipes & Suction pipes):- The piping work shall be of same specifications as the R-main in intial RD's. The size of common header shall be same as dia of R-Main. in No case pipe wall thickness shall be less than 4.80 mm. The common header & delivery pipes shall be properly jointed with flanges of appropriate Flange table with butt welds. (iv) Power shunt Capactor:- Capacotors shall be of suitable KVAR so as to improve power factor to 0.95 or above. (v) Pannel Board:- It shall be of suitable size & capable to accomodate all above electrical accessories i/c providing & fixing in position these accessories & interconnections with cable of appropriate size & specifications. (vi) Startes:- Starters shall be of approved make & of suitable rating suitable of safe running and operation of given motor or pumping machinery It shall be mounted on panel board with magnetic type over load release & dashpot, time lag,under voltage release with initial oil filling if required.
Sump well to MBR - 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 4.99 LPS with Total Head of = 694.17 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (.Refer to Data Sheet No. - 4 )
SCHEDULE B 3 - RISING MAINS
Excavation in drain and channels (for pipes and pits) upto all depths etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work and saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/hard rock or chiseling or wedging out of same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes, returning he usable soil in 15 cm layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of unmetaled/ mattelled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing, laying, jointing, and testing in trenches of Galvanized MSERW / GMS flanged/butt welded pipes including the cost of flanged bends of all degrees conforming to IS/ISO:3183-latest with upto date ammendmend with steel grade X-56 having wall thickness as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in the random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees, etc. made from parent tube. The M.S. flanges are to be provided 1% of total joints and the remaining 99% joints with butt welded joints as detailed below. The MS flanges shall conform to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest up to date amendments) duly welded in four layers (two inners and two outers) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes confirming to BIS 1364 (with up to date amendments). 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets conforming to relevant BIS standards. The laying of pipe shall include all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees, valves, etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning, and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having a radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per IS:4736 -1986 (with up-to-date amendments) with a mass of zink coating not less than 360 gm/m2. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked to make. Negative tolerance in thickness and mass/weight will not be accepted. Welding and fixing of M.S. flanges @ 1% of joints, conforming to following tables as per IS 6392-1971 (Latest with up to date amendments). The welding of flanges should conform to IS 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS 814-1991 and the required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364, the thickness of gasket not less than 3.00 mm conforming to IS 2712-1998. The work shall be done as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer- in-charge within all leads and lifts. The rates also include the entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of the Engineer in charge within all leads and lifts. (Earthwork in trenches, flanged joints. The diameter and class/material of the pipe are indicative. Since the re-survey and re-design of the proposal/scheme are to be carried out by the lowest bidder, the design/drawings are to be approved by the competent authority of the department. If there is any variation in size, material, class & wall thickness of pipe and jointing, valves, specials etc, the rates shall be worked out on a pro rata basis and will be paid accordingly
