Taking out old rusted existing CI/GI pipe line, of any class/type of 80/ 100 mm bore including fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joint including burning out lead joints, recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old rusted existing CI/GI pipe line, of any class/type of 150/ 200 mm bore including fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joint including burning out lead joints, recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of DI pipes of 100 mm bore SS, class K-9 of standard length with internal cement mortar coating and external surface with bituminious paint, ISI marked including rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, packing material etc; and making the joint leak proof complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work and CI/DI specials/fittings of the pipes shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item.

Supply and fixing of cast iron flanged sluice valve of 150 mm size, class PN-1.6, long body, ISI marked, conforming to IS-14846 with stainless steel spindle and hand wheel including nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of cast iron flanged sluice valve of 200 mm size, class PN-1.6, long body, ISI marked, conforming to IS-14846 with stainless steel spindle and hand wheel including nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of DI pipe fittings (specials) heavy duty for any type (flanged/ socketed) pipes such as bends (any type radius and angle), tapers, any type straight bend, increasing, decreasing, or double socket etc) Tee pieces, ring branch, 'Y' junction double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot), collors, caps and plugs, adopters etc of any size radius and lenght confirming to IS 9523/2000 specifications with external bitumen coating and internal cement mortar lining and metalic zinc coating suitable up to 200 mm bore pipe and testing the joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of new mechnical joints, DI type K12 of 100mm size including nuts, bolts and all connecting accessories including taking out old mechanical Joint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of new mechnical joints, DI type K12 of 150mm size including nuts, bolts and all connecting accessories including taking out old mechanical Joint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of new mechnical joints, DI type K12 of 200mm size including nuts, bolts and all connecting accessories including taking out old mechanical Joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing valve pit cover of size 1200mm x 1200mm, fabricated out of 3 mm thick mild steel sheet and angle iron (40mmx40mmx6mm) with two shutters and applying painting with two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface including locking arrangment with pad lock of size 50 mm including dismantling existing unserviceable pit cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing valve pit cover of size 1500mm x 1500mm, fabricated out of 3 mm thick mild steel sheet and angle iron (40mmx40mmx6mm) with two shutters and applying painting with two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface including locking arrangment with pad lock of size 50 mm including dismantling existing unserviceable pit cover complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of cast iron SVE Y type strainer, size 200 mm, flanged ends including nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F of cast iron SVE Y type strainer, size 150 mm, flanged ends including nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F of cast iron SVE Y type strainer, size 100 mm, flanged ends including nuts, bolts and rubber gaskets complete all as specfied and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for manholes, laying of pipe lines, cables, pipes etc in hard /dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and diected.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing of Diesel Engine driven generating set 40 KVA, CPCB IV+ emission norms compliant, 32 KW, 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine complete with integral acoustic enclosures as per latest Indian Standards of central pollution control board and as alternator with relay,Control panel, sound proof canopy and PCC foundation of required size for DG set as per manufacturer's instructions complete and including comprising the following :-

A. ENGINE :- (i) 3 Cylinder, In-line 4 stroke. (ii) Turbocharged and intercooled cooling system (iii) Stainless steel exhaust flexible coupling and exhaust pipe (iv) Radiator water cooled (v) Coolant inhabitor (vi) Plate type lubricant oil cooler (vii) Spin-on fileters coolant, fuel & lubricant oil. (viii) Dry type heavy duty replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator. (ix) Electronic governor (x) Electric starting system (xi) Battery charging alternator. (xii) 12 volts 88 AH/suitable as company design maintanence free battery with multi standared copper cable for connecting wire and terminal complete (xiii) First fill lub oil.

B. ALTERNATOR :- (i) 4 P rotating field , 415V , 50 HZ . Brushless type (ii) Voltage regulation plus/minus/+1 percent. (iii) IP- 23 protection with Class 'H' insulation (iv) Flex disc type cupling (v) Automatic voltage regulator. (vi) Noise level 75 dBA @ /meter (vii) Telephone interference factor .50 (viii) Total harmonic factor better than 2% (ix) Supplying power to variable electrical load for unlimited hours. Prime power (PRP) is in accordance with ISO 8523. 10% overload capacity for 1 hours every 12 hours of operation and will be suitable tropical conditions.

C. FUEL TANK :- (i) Fuel tank suitable capacity for 12 Hrs on full load with provision for supply and return lines, level indicator, drain valve, cleaning cover, vent pipe & locking devices shall be provided. (ii) Fuel pipe line from fuel tank to FIP of suitable size. (iii) The fuel tank has to be mounted / located in side the cubicle.

D. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE :- (i) Designed to meet stringent MOEF/CPCB-IV+ norms 75 dBA @ 1 meter. (ii) Air inlet louvers to be designed to operate at rated load even at 50 degree centigrade air inlet temp. Four point lifting for easy handling. (iii) Cubical to be powder coated for long lasting service life and super finish with UV resistent powder coating, it has to with stand extreme environment. Has to be use stain steel hardware. (iv) Insulation material conforming to IS 8183 speces for better sound. (v) Genset control unit with integrated E-governor helps in reading all genset inputs and controls the genset GCU help in monitoring of following parameters, Controls the engine speed,3 ph genset, low fuel level, support manual control (MCP) functions for 3 phase genset, Measres Genset, Measures Genset Voltages and currents, Measures electrical parameters like frequency, Power factor, Generato, KVA, KW, KVAr, Monitor critical engine safety parameters, Starts/Stops the genset, Have counters for genset start/stop, run hours, KWH, power factor

F. MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONAL MANUAL OF PLANTS - 01 SET SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY CONTRACTOR ALONGWITH THE FOLLOWING :- (i) Test certificate of Alternator. (ii) Test certificate of Diesel Engine ( Type approval for CPCB IV+ emission norms and conformity of production (CoP) for CPCB IV+ emission norms and CPCP IV noise norms from accredited institutes. (iii) Test certificate of Gen Set (by OEM). (iv) Test certificate of Acoustic enclouser. (v) Rubber mat.

Notes :- (a) Cost of M&L for provision of PCC plateform as per manufacturer guidelines/ specifications of required size shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (b) Testing of the DG set shall be carried out by the IEM. (c) The contractor shall submit specifications and drawings for approval of the GE before procurement of the DG set (d) Resistive load whether water load or strip heaters of suitable capacity and POL/ DHPP for testing of DG set shall be made available during testing by the contractor. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (e) The DG set & accoustic panel shall be procured from authorized OEM of similar manufacturer. (f) Anyother details not mentioned above but are required for efficient functioning of DG set shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.
