Dismantling of following old more than 35 year,145 KV CVT and shifting from switchyard to store designated place or directed by supervision engineer after opening of all cable terminations, jumper & earthing connections etc.

Erection auxiliary structure (BCT) required for installation of PTs.The job consists of shifting of all material ie.Structure part,nuts,bolts,washers etc.from store to site of erection to structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolt matching of holes, cutting, matching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cast to complete the work satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Shifting up following 145 KV PT from store to switchyard up to erection place and erection of the same including jumpering and control cable termination from PT to PT JB, as per technical specification and instruction manual of equipment.Jumper replacement is also done by contractor free of cost if required.

Phase sequence Painting of all newly erected equipments by red , yellow and blue Synthetic enemeled Paint.

Laying of 4C x 2.5/6C x 2.5 sq mm copper Control Cables in Cable Trenches from Control Panels in Control Room to 132KV PT in Switchyard as per Cable Schedule including Shifting of Cables in Drums from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site and Shifting Back the Balance Cables to Stores at the Sub Station.

Termination, ferruling & proper dressing of 4 core x 2.5/6C x 2.5 sq mm copper Control Cables in C&R panels, PT Junction boxes etc.

Dismantling of old more than 35 year 120KV LAs from structure with help of hydra/crane, including opening of jumper of 132KV Goshasinghpur ckt.II,Lambhua,40MVA T/F-I & II Bay and its shifting from switchyard to substation store Shifting of new 120KV LAs from substation store to site and its erection in place of old one with help of hydra/crane, its jumpering, earthing. The work includes all men, materials, hydra/crane and T&Ps will be provided by contractor for satisfactorily completion of work.Jumper replacement is also done by contractor free of cost if required.

Delta earthing of 120KV LA as per technical specification to complete the job satisfactory.

Dismantling of 132 KV CB of 132 KV Lambhua bay & 132 KV Transfer bay at 132 KV Substation Kadipur,Sultanpur by opening of jumpers, earthing and cable connections and shifting of CB up to designated place in switchyard (Approx 50 mtr.)

Erection of new 132 KV CB of Lambhua bay & 132 KV Transfer bay at 132 KV Substation Kadipur,Sultanpur including shifting of CB store point ot site of work, making all jumpers, electrical connections and earthing and other associated work to cmplete the job as per technical specification.Jumper replacement is also done by contractor free of cost if required.

Commissioning of new 132 KV CB in 132 KV Lambhua bay & 132 KV Transfer bay at 132 KV Substation Kadipur Sultanpur as per technical specification .Job include proper alignment of CB filling of SF-6 gas after creating vacuum (if required) and other associated work to complete the job in all respect.

Painting MS flat by one coat of red oxide primer of good quality then two coats of 1t quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make in Bus green color as per details below:
