Supplying, installation of 7 M high hot dip galvanized iron Octogonal pole 3.0mm wall thickness, with bottom size 130 mm diameter, top size 70mm diameter with 3mm thick base plate of size 200x200x12 mm, pole fabricating out of medium grade tapered pole octagonal cross section and shall be continuosly tapered with single longitudinal conforming to BSEN 100 25/100 27 with base plate Fe 410 conforming to IS 2062 of suitable thickness with provision of 4 Nos foundation bolts. The pole shall be galvanized as per IS 4759/BSEN1461 standards/housing with aluminum busbar, inbuilt junction box, complete end termination, including single luminary arm 42mm diameter, 2.6mm thick, 1 Meter long, with grouting of base plate in concrete foundation 1:2:4 concrete including excavation, earth work, refilling etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Every pole shall be prewired from Junction box to fixture with 1.5 Sqmm size of wires for Phase, neutral and Earth and necessary suitable arrangement for mounting fitting on pole). (ii) Quoted rate shall include including 1A MCB SP B series,3core 1.5sqmm cable, Earth work and nessary excavation i.e reinforcement,holding down bolts, nuts, washer of suitable size etc complete as per manufactures instructions. (iii) Provision of light fittings and PCC for foundation shall be measured and paid seperately here-in-after. (iii) Contractor shall submit Drawings of Octoganal Poles&its foundation for approval of GE.

All as item No 1 above but of pole size 6 Mtr height complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 6kw ASTRONOMICAL timer panel Range Conforms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1, with 32amps contactor, 40amps MCB and Timer,Provided with Protection Degree IP 54,Extended wide band (150 Vac - 300 Vac) coil,FRLS (Fire retardant low smoke) Internal wiring,In-built Short-Circuit Protection, Class H Insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning of junction boxes, weather/vermin proof made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet(CPRI approved) duly powder coated of size 60cm X 60cm x 60cm(depth), floor mounted free standing type, aluminium bus bar 200 Amps current carrying capacity for 3 Nos phase & neutral with colour coded heat shrinkable insulated sleeves and insulated support, mounting the junction box with PCC (1:3:6) type C1, bedding upto height of 30cm above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less thab 1.5 Meter below normal ground level connected to GI wire of dia 4mm as main earthing lead (upto 7.5 m length from earth electrode to test point) by means of galvanised iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts & GI washers and GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade for earth lead protection up to main earth test point and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 as in cover slab 54 x 54 x 5 cm including 8mm dia MS TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c as in reinforcement with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI tubing (Light Grade) for watering and funnel, charcoal or coal and salt in alternate layers including excavation earth work in any type of soil, RFR and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part - I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core completed all as specied as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as directed.

Supply and lay HDPE double wall corrugated pipes and including fittings such as couplers, bends, end caps etc., ISI marked of outer dia of 40mm and inner dia of 32mm polyethylene with smooth internal and profile external surface for non pressure under ground cable complete all as speciedd and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and fixing 50mm bore GI light grade for necessary road crossing, culverts etc for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of pole/ stay assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old Light fitting with Bracket and Arm complete all as specied and as directed.

Fixing only using taken down old Serviceable LED lights on Existing Poles of any height complete all as specied and as directed.

M & L for Demolition the old Existing RCC poles complete with PCC foundation andremoval of all debiries including old Pole from existing location complete all as directed.
