Dismantling the following induction motor of 3 phase 415 volt from base foundation frame by disconnecting, electrically & mechanically taking out to workshop cutting down & removing existing burnt out copper windings cleaning slots and rewinding the motor with super enameled solid copper winding wire of existing size and turns complete including varnishing /overhauling and shifting the motor back form workshop and re-fixing in same position after rewinding and testing complete all as specified and directed.

induction motor capacity 1.5 HP/3 HP Pump Set Note for serial item No. 11.00 here-in-before :- (i) Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to be included taking out carefully the burnt/defective motor from the installation to place of winding , removing existing burnt copper wire and rewinding with new wire, fixing the motor in its original place of installation after repair testing etc complete all as specified . Contractor shall report attend and remove the motor with in 48 hours of repairing & shall re-install the motor after repair in its original location within 06 days from taking out motor from installation failing which panel recovery @ 1500/- per motor per day shall be made from the contractor payment. (ii) Cost of minor repairs /replacement such as fan guard, terminal plate, terminal box, fan etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge are also included in unit rate of this item. (iii) Make of winding wire shall be Chetak/Devidayal and winding wire shall be conforming to IS and size/gauge of wire shall be as per existing winding wire. (iv) Cost of insulating material viz varnish, packing paper, cotton tape etc are deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor for this item. (v) Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include opening of existing electric motor complete and taking out burnt coils from the slots of stator, cleaning of stator slots and rewinding with the same gauge of solid copper conductor ( winding wire) as the previous burnt winding , insulating paper, wooden strips in slots and varnishing the coils, binding with strong threads and reassembling the motor after rewinding. (vi) Contractor shall be taken proper gate pass for repair of motor/pump in out side, civil workshop and maintain record resigter after repair and refixing in existing place of motor/pumping set also inform to concern authority with date. (vii) All motors are issue to contractor undergate pass by AGE E/M office.

M&L for cleaning of intake chamber and canal water flow chanel by desludging, scraping the bottom, side wall and upper bottom with the help of scrapper/wire iron brush removing all scales, cracked earth, dirt, mud, silt, algae, fungus and other foreign deposit materials including dewatering the left over water complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of metallic antivibration pads with rubber cushion for capacity 150 HP /125 HP /75 HP motor pumping set including drilling hole at necessary places on foundation base frame (Make : Dunlop) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron spun pressure pipes (Class K9) of 450mm bore with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (130 gm/sqm minimum) and bituminous finish layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) with socket & spigot ends (ISI marked) conforming to IS 8329-2000 suitable for push on rubber gasket/tyton joint laid in trenches including taking down old pipe complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork, DI fittings / specials shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Shifting of water from one reservoir to another (any capacity) at KLP filter Plant/Beechwal Raw water by of maint of pump & motor as specified. Note : (i) submersible/centrifugal pump-motor set, suitable size cable for motor (Length as per ground requirment), T&P, suction pipe, starters, PVC green hose pipe (lenght as per ground requirment) will be arrange by contractor and cost of the same shall be included in quoated rate. (ii) One day will be considered of 8 Hours. (iii) Contractor should be provide man power as per requirment and cost of the same shall be included in quoated rate. (iv) Electricity will be provided by department. (v) Capacity of pump 20 to 30 HP as requirment and discharge range not less than 500LPM, Head 140 mtr. (vi) Log sheet (Provided by contractor) to be maintain as per format decieded by Engr-in-Charge and endorsed by JE E/M / AGE E/M & Contractor on daily Basis and cost of the same shall be included in quoated rate.

Chemical & Physical analysis of raw water collected from Reservoir and clear water collected from clear water UG sumps inside KLP filtration plant (Two samples) by including sample collection, endorsing date and time, transportation, provision of sample container, etc (Raw Water testing for Physical tests, Colour, turidity, Total solids, dissolved solids, suspended solids, odour and flocculation, Jar test etc for calculating required quantity of alum/chlorine.) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor will provide all water testing instruments flocculation test, Jar Test, BOD incubator, PH meter, temp controller, Digital Nephelo turbidity meter 132, Digital PH meter 335, Digital PH meter Model 132-R and digital water marker in water testing lab, digital TDS meter, and testing display chart on wall. (Esatblishment and layout dine by contractor of lab) No extra amount shall be claimed/paid to contractor on this account. The cost shall be deemed to be including in the unit rate of this item. Note : Daily routine test done by FGM/Operator of Plant.

Note for serial items 83.00 to 91.00 of BOQ :- (i) All items considered in work for repair and maitenance of filtration plant (water supply installations) at Mil Station Bikaner. (ii) All the leakage of water supply pipe lines complaints shall be rectified by the contractor within 12 hours from the launch of complaint time. If contractor shall be fail to rectified the above said complaints in given time period then a penalty recovery @ Rs. 500/Per day will be recovered agaist the Each Job (Complaints). (iii) All T&P and vehicles for transportation will be provided by contractor.
