Demolition of cement concrete ( un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing debris to a distance n.exc. 50 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete M-7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete M-15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete M-10 using 40mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for extra for forming fair finished surfaces of drain or channel , 30cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement,including forms,mitred/stopped ends etc. complete complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for hardcore of broken stone of gauge n exc 63 mm , deposited spreaded , levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete complete all as specfied and directed

S&F Plastic dividing strips 38mm wide and 1.5mm thick inserted in position conforming to design in PCC floor etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete M-15 ( Nominal mix ) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, filling around hold fast etc. rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete M-15 ( Nominal mix ) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-20 ( nominal mix ) (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions ( Square,rectangular on plan) or polygononal ,rough finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT Bars Fe 500D 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required inculding cranking bending spirally hooping for columns etc and binding with MS wire ennealed less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour fo TMT bars Fe 500D of 6 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally and binding with and including mild steel (annealed) wire not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bar,5 mm dia in Reinforcement cut to length bent to shape required including cranking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made Oudoor antiskid vitrified paving tiles heavy duty , size 300mm x 300mm x 10 mm thick as per ISO 13006 , laid in floor , over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement sand mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand all as directed and specified by Engr-in Charge

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 18-20 mm thick Granite of any type work table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs,pillars,cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement sand mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles of any description or any position etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size ,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size ,straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement sand mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement to the plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali resistant white primer etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Excavating in post holes in soft / loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, and removing surplus soil to a distance n,exc, 50m and good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete M-10 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh including cutting tops to shape as directed, notching for wire etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 →complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with ashers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of neck 5 to 10 mm long etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including dismantling old unserviceable one all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel and iron surfaces of any description over exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats ofblack bituminous paint on new steel and iron surfaces of any description over exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
