Providing, transportation, fixing & wiring for switch controlled primary light points/fan point/exhaust fan points with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in medium class PVC surface/ concealed conduit including the cost of conduit , with modular switch, modular cover plate suitable GI modular box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. complete as per specifications and as required.

Providing, transportation, fixing & wiring for power plug with 2x4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in medium class PVC in surface/ concealed conduit (excluding the cost of conduit) and including 1x4 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earthing and making suitable end connections complete as required (1 outlet1 circuit).

Providing, transportation, fixing & wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.and as below.

2 X 2.5 sq.mm + 1 X 2.5 sq.mm earth wire.

2 X 6 sq.mm + 1 X 6 sq.mm earth wire.

2 X 10 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire.

Providing, transportation and fixing ISI marked 25 mm dia medium class PVC conduit on surface/recessed along with accessories including the cost of providing saddles etc for surface conduiting and/or cost of cutting and filling chases for recessed conduiting complete as per specifications

Providing, transportation and fixing of modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate as required.

Providing and fixing 40-63 amp, double pole, 240 volts, DP MCB 10kA "C" curve in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 12 Way Double Door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supply, transportation and fixing of 12W LED recess downlighter complete as required. The luminaire shall meet IP20 rating.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Design, manufacture, supplying fixing in position, testing and commissioning of the following front operated cubicle type, front access, dead back, steel enclosed free standing, dust and vermin proof, switchboard with hinged and lockable doors complete with interconnections
