Demolition of Cement Concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 50mm thick type C2 1:3:6 as in plinth protection/path finishing surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cost of Removing Rubbish material and throwing it outside in the empty area is included in quoted rates.

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles premium quality light shade 8 to 9 mm thick square /rectangular polished area of each tiles Exc 0.42 Sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm in floors etc set and pasted with spacer, tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tiles water absorption of the tile should be between 3% to 6% including 15 mm th screed bed CM (1:6) and poined in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Premium quality glazed ceramic tile of size 600mm x 300mm thickness 7mm, water absorption between 10% to 20% pasted with spacer, tile adhesive and epoxy grouted with same make as of tile including 15 mm thick rendereing CM (1:4) and poined in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm th screed bed CM (1:6) and poined in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Granite of any type machine cut 20mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing & with adhesive complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from ceilings & brick walls including wall tiles / terrazzo / kota stone etc. any type of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls etc., using WPC and applying two coats of Acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer including wall care putty complete all as specified & directed byEngr-in-Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid serperately.
