Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.50m wide and n. exc. 1.50m deep for taking out/ laying cables, CI/ GI/ DI/ HDPE pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying in trenches clean dry sand to required width and depth at bottom and top of cable including spreading, levelling, punning for laying/ cushioning of cable all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness only will be considered or payment.

Supply and laying burnt bricks, old size, sub class 'B', laid flat abutting each other, perpendicular to cable with width equal to width of brick laid in trenches for protection of cable all as specified and directed.

Laying only old size burnt bricks, laid flat abutting each other, perpendicular to cable with width equal to width of brick laid in trenches for protection of cable all as specified and as directed. Note: Old re-useable bricks obtained during taking out of cable shall be re-used.

Taking out existing PVC/ XLPE cable 1100 volts grade LT cable of size 6 sqmm 2 core with glands, bricks/ cable protection pipe, cable route indicators etc. from the trench/ fixed along wall or passing through pipes/ in floor, removing the unserviceable/ faulty cable and stacking serviceable cable for re-use complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

S&F street light panel, 3 phase, digital 24 hours timer with 65 Amp TP contactor and 63 Amp TPN MCB provided with inbuilt circuit protection with protection degree IP 54 suitable for 12 KW load including taking down old street light panle complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Cat No. IHXTS03060 OR equivalent from other makes specified in particular specifications.

M&L for 60mm thick M-35 grade machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS: 15658-2006 with grey cement and no pigment laid as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surface (LT panel of any size and type) of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel grey colour paint after thoroughly burning the existing paint including repairing the LT panel door by tack welding as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L painting to LT steel tubular poles 8.5/ 9Mtr long including all fittings and fixtures complete, fixed with poles with one coat of aluminium paint after scrapping of rust and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters in figures with synthetic enamel paint (Block, Roman, Italic & Indian) n. exc. 30cm height all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI earth strip of size 25mm x 4mm fixed with nuts and bolts of suitable size as in earth lead including taking down old strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test & commissioning LT panel outdoor, floor mounted/ pedestal type, cubical, self supported, CPRI approved make, front and rear openable, double door hinged type with locking arrangement and suitable ventilations on both sides with wire mesh, IP-65 protection, fabricated out of 3mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated, mounted/ fixed on and including MS angle iron stand of 50cm height above ground, fabricated out of 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm thick MS angles duly painted with black enamel synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using graded stone aggregate as in foundation, control wiring copper stranded PVC insulated FRLS cables not less than 1.5 sqmm, interconnection of suitable size/ capacity of copper strips for switch gear connection from main bus bar four run including earth bus strip of 200A capacity for entire length of panel, suitable size of MS gland with gland plate and aluminium lugs/ thimbles for all incoming/ outgoing cables etc. complete including taking down the old panel and accommodating the followings:

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to ganvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron, protected by means of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe all as specified and shown in MES schedule electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-I) including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in chamber, 50mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab with 8mm dia MS bars at 100mm centre to centre both ways and MS 6mm dia hook, charcoal dust, salt, funnel for watering complete and testing the earth resistance and writing on the chamber by paint including demolition of existing earthing complete all as specified and as directed.
