SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (ADDN/ALTN BUILDING WORK

Dismentalling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness etc in roof coverings/cladding/eave etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting, with two corrugation side lap fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolts with washers in roof, 0.63mm thick, grade-O quality, with 120 grms/sqm zinc coating and grade 'B' Class 8 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour galvanised plain mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thickness fixed with 'L' type or 'J' or cranked hook boltes with washers, in roofs as in ridge etc all as specified and directed.

Refixing Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, roof coverings with two corrugation side lap fixed with L' type or 'J' type or cranked hooked bolts and dome type bitumen washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-serviceable sheets obtained under item No 02 above shall be re-used.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing the rubbish of the premises complete.

Material and labour 25mm PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (Using 12:5mm stone agg) as in sub base floor , complete all as directed and specified .

Material and labour coloured/printed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-ditto- all as per Srl item No 8 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 9 to10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour coloured/printed non skid ceramic tiles 7 mm thick (squre/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 but not exc 0.16 sqm laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement, complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of 450x300x7mm / 350x 250x 7 mm / 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 18-20mm thick granite stone (slab) of any colour/type, (table rubbed and polished) work as in floors/ vertical surfaces, cooking platforms and like, set in neat cement including pointing in white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment, , complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete to ground floor(unreinforced) and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish of out side MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone agreegate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block With grey cement and No pigment, shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 Grade over completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floor including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specfied and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor (1:6) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment,complete

Material and labour for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations.

Taking down (Steel/ Wooden) chowkhats of frames of any description n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 20 here-in-before, but exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm(without taking off shutters from the frames) and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1sqm and not exc. 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No. 22 above but refixing of shutters in same opening, of any descriptions exc 1.0 sqm but.n.exc 2 Sqm each.

Supply and fixing factory made steel box type window with fly proof shutters/glazed shutter having box type frame and shutters including MS grill of 10mm sq bar welded with FI frame and 4.8mm thick double glazing securing with 10mm MS hollow section with rubber gasket and all connected accessories complete all as specified and as per TD drgs No.: CEAF/TD-158/2023, sheet No. 1/3 to 3/3. Note:- Glazing and fly proofing shall be measured and paid for separately against relevent items of this shedule.

Supply and fixing factory made steel window with side hung shutter incl projecting type hinges with pressed steel handle, and steel peg stay with glazing bars, devetailed or welded complete all as specifed. Note:- Glazing and fly proofing shall be measured and paid for separately against relevent items of this schedule.

Material and labour for 4.8mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane incluing Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame incl punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pressed steel door frames made out mild steel sheet 1.25 mm thick, with size of frame 125 mm x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc and applying a shop coat of red oxide primer including providing PCC 1:3 :6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded crush stone aggregate for filling back of chowkhats, complete all as specified and as directed.by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 (using 12.5mm graded crush stone agg) in back filling of pressed steel door frame and bed block for hold fast complete.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/slabs/blankets any thickness including grid work/aluminium frame work, cover fillets complete all as specified.

Material and labour Prelaminated particle board 9mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination with allaround 6mm thick teak wood beading as in false ceiling fixed to metal frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, 18 mm thick Pre-laminated HD HMR board, both side laminated with teak finished with nails /screws as in kitchen cabinet/shelves/shutter including 6 mm thick thick teak wood beads all around complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, 18/19 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as cup boards shelves, partition etc complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs mild Steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller & roller plate complete fixed with screw or by welding complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour Brick work with sub class B bricks ,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 Complete all as Specified and directed.

Brick work with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), all as specified.

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc, and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete/brick interior surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 as per manufacturer's instruction, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 on wall surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra Cement complete all as specified. Note:- Intgral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces on ceiling finished Even and Smooth without using extra Cement complete specified.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound all as directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 3 mm thick in two layer as per manufacturer's instruction on existing prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatement by scraping, washing, rubbing down or stopping distempered or painted surfaces etc of walls plastered or un-plastered & removing all vegetation growth, cleaning to the entire satifactory of Engr-in-Charge & applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 3 mm thick in two layer as per manufacturer's instruction on existing prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surface and applying of Birla/JK white wall putty approx 3 mm thick in two layer as per manufacturer's instruction on new surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron work or CGI/ PGI sheeting in walls or roofing, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern in three colours (Green, grey and brown) over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel or iron work or CGI/ PGI sheeting in walls or roofing, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflaging (Disruptive) pattern in three colours (Green, grey and brown), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1.5 mm thick stainless steel telescopic channel of size 30mm wide for sliding drawer at extended length with all necessary fixing arrangement to the drawer/wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing continous (piano) hinges mild steel, 40mm width of flaps (when open), bright finish or electrogalvanised in repair.

Supply and fixing for size 75mm Brass handles, cast type, polished bright complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube supply and fixing as specification and drawing.

Panel board factory fabricated outdoor cubicle type totally enclosed with outer sheel shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet & MS angle section of suitable size for frame, factory fabricated, compartmentalized inner shell shall be made of out of 2.0 mm thick sheet .The Panels must be design and verified as per the IS/IEC 61439-01 & 2 with complete type test certificates for conformance to IS / IEC 61439 -1 and 2, with 65 KA 1 sec along with MCCB mounted in switch boards with aluminium bus bars as mandatory as conformed to IEC 61641 with internal arc containment fault level of 65 KA/03 Sec and shall be suiatbale for Seismeic Zone III/IV Zone including the type test conducted at ERDA/CPRI for seismic test.All MCCB/ ACB panel should be single Tier for easy cable termination.Cable termination space should be adequate to safely gland and terminate al/cu cables for the given current ratings with Form B seperation for Incoming MCCB / ACB feeders and For Outgoing MCCB feeders. The Switch board cubicles shall have steel frame work enclosed on all sides and top by CRCA sheet steel of Minimum 2.00 mm thickness.The panel shall have integral base frame of 100 MM ISMC base channel.removeable undrilled gland plates shall be fitted for bottom cable entry and making connections, earth work and PCC foundation complete comprising of the followings and specified herewith:-

(i) Rectangular Aluminium bus bar fixed on insulated mounting arrangement 400 Amps current rating -04 Nos provided with heat shrinkable sleeve not less than one mm thick.

(ii) Cable alley for 01 I/C and 05 outging feeders.

(a) INCOMING

(i) MCCB 4P 315 Amps Icu =35/36 KA at 415 volts with microprocessor release type - 01 No (I/C) . Ics = 100 % Icu and class II front face, Isolation with positive break indication with double break contacts, Standard extended rotary handle,Spreaders, Phase barrier etc .

(i) MCCB Four pole 100 Amps Icu =16 KA at 415 volts, adjustable type - 04 Nos (O/G). It should be with adjustable over load setting Ir = (0.8 to 1.0) x In,Ics = 100 % Icu and with adjustable thermal setting.Class II front face with positive break indication with double break contacts, Standard extended rotary handle,Spreaders, Phase barrier etc

All accessories prewired with suitable size copper wire with stand high temperature, housed in cubical panel made out of standard MS sheet factory made duly powder coated front and rear door open able with locking arrangement complete with foundation as required or recommended by manufacturer.

Main Aluminum busbars with 0.8Amps/sqmm current density & all internal wiring with copper FRLS wires and connections. All MCCB's are Microprocessor/Thermal Magnetic based (Icu = Ics = 100%) as given in sld, housed in separate compartments, enclosed on sides, with rotating handle. Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Supply and pour natural river sand for cushioning of underground cable in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm thick over the cable all as directed and specified including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness of sand to be consider for measurement purpose.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230x115x75 mm abutting each other for mechnical protection of cable with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not less than 25 cm each layer all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness of sand to be consider for measurement purpose.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 25x4 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate no 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following:

(a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil.

(b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1.

(c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm.

(d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore medium grade and copper lugs etc all as specified. (e) 40 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering.

(f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal.

(g) Testing of earthing

Notes:

(i) On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not less than 5 ohm obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.The unit rate includes GI pipe up to 7.5m for protection of earth lead.

(ii) The unit rate includes main earthing lead/strip from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 meter (iii) In case measured value of earth resistance is recorded more than 5.0 ohms then the Earthing shall be re- done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department (iv) If there is a requirement of grid Earthings to achieve the desired earth resistance, as directed by Eng-in-charge, then inter connecting of different earthings shall be done at no Extra cost.

Material and labour for cutting of bitumen road/PCC road/hard standing for laying of pipe and passing of cable including making good to disturbed surface with PCC 1:4:8 and matching with existing surface including HDPE pipe of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 of external dia not less than 100 mm complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise for the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 75mm dia stack clamps out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia roung iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof complete all as specified and directed.
