Financial Eligibility:1.The Bidder shall have a minimum average annual turnover during the preceding three (3) financial years equivalent to at least 10% of the current market value of the Railway land parcel under consideration for the Cargo Related Facility (CRF). 2.The Bidder shall submit copies of the Audited Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Accounts, and Income Tax Returns for the preceding three (3) financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.
Eligible categories of Bidders: Any individual/ Sole Proprietorship Firm or Partnership Firm/ Company/ Joint Venture (JV)/ Registered Society/ Registered Trust/Hindu-Undivided Family (HUF)/ Limited Liability partnership (LLP)/ Consortium or other legal entity involved in logistics, manufacturing, transportation, ports mining or e-commerce shall be eligible to participate in this Bid, subject to fulfilment of the eligibility conditions specified in this Bid Document.
