Operation & maintenance of Scheme from source to tail end of scheme and to keep all structure/machinery facility in proper working O&M including the regular i.e. daily supplying of designed /required quantity of potable water having water source to percolation well/treatment plant ,main /sector storage tanks at different locations and repair and maiantenance of main line line & gravity main and entire distribution system including welding works etc. alongwith maintenance of automazed system of scheme . Regular maintenance of all facility including cleaning washing oil and greasing repair, replacement of worn out /damaged part of pumping machinery , pipe line , valves and electrical , mechanical , requirements , regular cleaning of all structures like storage tanks , sump wells, intakes percolation well , filter bed , pump house etc. and disposal of same as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, fixing / repairing /leakage in structures , pipe line , pumping machinery etc. Proper distribution of treatment water and regular testing of water samples at required stages of treatment and lift . Maintenaing log book of running of pumping machinery. Register for samples reports and consumption of chemicals . Keeping regular and proper record of water , quantity and quality , repair and maintenance work chemical dosing and time and hour of run of pumping machinery,removed of all kind sleevs , slush, uprooting of unwanted grass , shurves weeds etc growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge . Automation-all electronic spares, White washing/ snowsem/ distemper/ Apex, cleaning of storage tanks twice a year, painting of all steel and wooden components every year, replacement of fused/damaged bulbs/electrical lightning features ,omplete in all respect to ensure portable drinking water to all habitation under the scheme property handling , deploying skilled and un-skilled employees and data operater at main controlling stations including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer- in - Charge.
