Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mm x 450mm , 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg/ Per Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour in repairs 18-20mm thick Particle board, medium density, flat pressed, single layer type or three layer type with BWR type adhesive, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply & fixing continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised, width of flap (when open) 30mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fixing 40 mm dia, cupboard knobs fixed with nut, screw and washer of mild steel, bright finished and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge..

Supply and fixing in replacement stainless steel chromium plated pipe 19/20mm dia curtain rod fixing with and including fancy type brackets and decorated end knobs (finials), stop roller etc, fixed on wall for doors and windows curtains, cuttings as required length and fixing at site including fixing arrangements, rawl plug, screws etc. all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down aluminium shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 sqm but n exc 2.00 sqm each and refixing in the same opening including easing and adjusting including renewal of unserviceable screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour for preparing new or previously untreated wood and wood base surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
