Sofa Set 5 Seater (FD/E6/MAP/07, FD/E6/MAP/02, 273, 258)

REPLACEMENT OF SOFA CUSHION Removing of old cushion of size 21 x 22 inchs & 4 inchs thick foam and replacing foam cushion of sofa new PU foam cushion of 32 density (Make: Sleepwell/ Kurlon/Coir and cushion shall be covered with velwet D'decor cloth tapesty cloth of range not less than Rs.600 per meter, colour, shade and quality of tapesty shall be as approved by GE complete all as specified in drawings & directed.

Preparation of surfaces of sofa set 5 seater by applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of french/sprit polish on exposed surface to achieve high class finish complete all as specified in drawing & directed.

Minor repairing of various sofa set 5 seater including tightening of frame with bamboo pins and fevicol complete all as shown in drawing and as directed.

TV Trolley (FD/E6/MAP/04)

Taking down existing unserviceable top form TV trolly and S & F new top shall be of 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board edge moulded all around fixed to frame all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Taking down existing unsericeable side frame TV trolly and S & F new side shall be of 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable castors from TV trolly and S & F new swibel type castor as per shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable/broken shutter glass from TV trolley and S & F new Shutter glass with 5 mm thick duly revitted to clamp with steel revits with magnetic catcher fixed to frame complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Preparation of surfaces of TV Trolly by applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coats of french/sprit polish on exposed surface to achieve high class finish complete all as specified in drawing & directed.

Removing the old broken/unserviceable top and S & F new top made from 18MM pre-laminated (MDF) particle board exterior grade as per sample, shape and size shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable ply wood from the existing head rest of Bed Hard and S & F new plywood 3.5 mm thick teak faced including teak wood beeding 4 mm thick as per shape and size shown in drawing and fixed with nails complete all as specified in drawings & directed .

Taking down the existing unserviceable ply wood from the existing foot rest of Bed Hard and S & F new plywood 3.5 mm thick teak faced including teak wood beeding 4 mm thick as per shape and size shown in drawing and fixed with nails to ply & beeding complete all as specified in drawings & directed .

Taking down the existing broken unserviceable side long rail from Bed Hard and S & F new side long rail of teak wood (Ist class), well seasoned complete all as specified in drawings & directed .

Taking down existing unserviceable ply top from the Bed Hard and S&F new ply top 12 mm thick, MR grade complete all as specified in drawings & directed .

Taking down the existing unserviceable broken legs of Bed Hard and S&F new legs of Ist class teak wood as per shape and size shown in drawing & directed .

S&F wooden bracket in each between each corners fixing with suitable screws complete all as specified in drawings & directed .

Painting to Bed hard with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality including preparation of old surface complete all as specified in drawings & directed .

Teapoy 600 X 450 X 540 MM (FD034, FD-232, FD-278, FD-382)

Removing old unserviceable top from Teapoy and S&F new top of size 600x450 & 18 mm thick of prelaminated pertical board with 4 mm thick Ist class hard wood (teak wood) beading fixed with nails all as specified and directed.
