Taking down existing roof treatment of any description and any thickness including cement mortar screed bed over roof complete all as specfied and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) on roof padding avg. thickness 40 mm in slope as per requirement, mixed with WPC @ 3 Kg per 50Kg cement bag or as per manufacturing instruction complete and finished even and fair all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for cutting chases in brick wall for inserting water proofing memberane and making good existing surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as directed and specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M7L 15mm thick screed in cement morta 1:4 fair finished using WPC @ 3 Kg per 50Kg cement bag or manufacturing instruction for laying WPT complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Supply and fix the APP polymeric water proofing membrane of minimum 3mm thickness & weighing not less than 3.6.kg/sqm black finished reinforced with non-woven poleyster matt. With a thermofusible finish laid over 1.5 Kg/sqm bitumen grade 85/25 over and including compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 kg/sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 75 mm at the sides and 100 mm at the ends and sealing applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks 500 Ltrs setting aside or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and written by suitable paint as CLEANED on DD/MM/YEAR complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No 9.00 here-in-before but 1000 Ltrs.

S&F in repair, steel widows and ventilators double sutters one for gauzing (wiremesh) and one for galzing with side hung shutters including projecting/box/friction type hinges with as required steel handles and steel peg stays complete with gauzing and glazig bards including guard bars in between gauzing and glazing shutters dovetailed or welded etc.as per drawing and specification and approved by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Measurement of double shutter windows will be flat as opening, all fittings including guard bars as in drg, 0.56mm nominal dia wire mesh and 3mm thick plan glass will also be included in opening measurement and rate will be quoted by bidder accordingly in complete.

M&L in RCC Ceiling/Chajja/facia/stair repair up to height of 10 m from ground, applying 10mm thick bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR bouding agent i.e. Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1 (Nitobond SBR 45) : 1(water) : 3 (OPC) by volume with the brushes etc to bind new cement plaster/ polymer modified plaster/ concrete/screed concrete with old surface including removal of loose / disintegrated old concrete/ plaster and applying 15mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45 ) in proportion 1:3 by weight 5 litres Nit bond SBR 45 to added to 50 KG Cement with 13 litre water addition, finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface of ceiling, beams and alike complete all as specified & directed surface preparation etc complete all as specified & directed. Note : Measurment of Chajja, Facia will be done for one long side only.

M & L in repair 40mm thick precast RCC Jalli in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggrgate set in CM 1:4 complete.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone masonry all including raking and joints, backing for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on Stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

S&F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire stapple with screws to steel windows by drilling holes if not existing and wooden beads to wooden joinery, Cost of beads of flat iron and wooden beads included in the rate.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness size, quality or description from wooden/steel frames fixed with wooden beads/metal pinning and S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass in squares not exc 0.50 sqm in each pane fixed with wooden beads or putty (in metal frames etc) complete all as specified

M&L for preparation to new plastered surfaces of wall etc and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty all as specified.

M&L for preparation to new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.
