Worn out spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items of the Schedule.

M&L for detecting the cause of leakage by nitogen gas flash method or soap method in any type/capacity1.5 ton/2 Ton of AC in position and ensuring the complete system leak proof, by solderinng and brazing and charging full or top up with refrigerant gas (R-22, R-32 & R-410a) with appropriate quantity as per site including testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Refilling and toping up of refrigenrant (R-22, R-32 & R-410a) (any type and any quantity) as required on site is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) T&P, Nitogen (any qty) required site to work on height and soldering & brazing is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Demounting of units (indoor and outdoor) from their position or from height and refixing back at height is deemed to be included quoted rate. Contractor has to arrange for its own labour & T&P for demounting & refixing. No extra payment will be done for demounting & refixing.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of compressor unit Hermetical/rotary type as per site of capacity 19000 BTU/Hr split type air conditioner cap 1.5 ton all as directed. Make : EMERSON /KIRLOSKAR /Tecumech Note: (i) Dismantling of unserviceable compressor and re-installation of serviceable compressor is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. Note:- (i) Any type of civil work involve in shifting is deemed to included in quoted rate. (ii) Shifting can be on same floor or to higher floors or any other location, no extra payment will be made for labour and transportation. (iv) Any extra item required at site due to difference in location will be measured in relevant item.

Taking down old u/s indoor unit along with connected accessories and Supply, intallation, testing and commissionging of new indoor unit of split type AC of capacity 1.5Ton including all connections. Note: Base frame of indoor unit, remote as per new unit PCB card, gas refilling if leaked during installation, intallation charges and other connected work is deemed to be inclucive of rates.

Deptt will not be responsible for any accident nor liable to pay any compensation to victim or contractor.

Note: Labour cost for charging is deemed to be included in quoted rate. Since R-134a is flammable & exposive gas, contractor has to make sure for the safety and take adequate safety measure for technicians/ labour during charging gas. Deptt will not be responsible for any accident nor liable to pay any compensation to victim or contractor.

M&L for visiting of Technician on site and checking, inspecting & detecting fault in AC's, Deep Freezers, Water coolers & refrigerators of any capacity, type, any make & model by technicians and rectifying minor defects on site and noting down material required to make cooling appliance functional in next visit. Note: (i) Spare required will be measured saperately. (ii) Servicing visit will not be measured under this item.

M&L for servicing of room desert cooler of any make size by cleaning, oiling & greasing, checking of defects and rectifying unserviceable switches, control switch etc adjusting and setting for work including complete electric wiring with 3 core flexible cable plug top and testing complete all as specified and as dirceted by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rewinding of fan motor of desert cooler with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge or gauge as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note: replacement of bush bearing is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for replacement of tullu pump submersible type for desert cooler having, 2mtrs head, 500l/h discharge rate, 25 watts, single phase, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of New fan motor of 100watts, copper winding, Class E insulation, 1500 rpm, steel shaft, including capacitor of 4 mfd for desert coolers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of capacitor 4 Mfd blower motor & desert cooler motor ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastic distributor 3 way of superior quality as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC pipe 15 mm dia for desert cooler for inside connection of superior quality complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F desert cooler grasspad suitable for cooler of capacity 4000 cum/hrs & dimension of pad not less than complete all as sepcified and directed.

M&L for painting of cabinet body of room cooler with one coat of red oxide paint and two coats for desert cooler water tank with black enameled paint and outer body with smoke grey paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan (C/F of any size/make), cleaning its dust properly oiling and hanging the same back to its original position including connecting the wire to ceiling rose etc complete after completing the wiring all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The spares like cotter pin, nuts & bolts, connecting rods & hooks etc if found defective/damage deemed to be replaced and make the ceiling fans functional. No extra payments will be done on this account.

Taking down exhaust fan & wall mounting and re-connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to exhaust fan after cleaning all dust complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) The spares like nuts & bolts etc if found defective/damage deemed to be replaced and make the fans functional. The rates quoted for the same deemed to be included for the above job.

M&L for Rewinding the stator complete with super enamelled bare copper conductor with the same size and number of turns as that of the old one insulating, varnishing and pre heating for the following : Note: Rates are deemed to be inclusive of replacing bush, bearing, armature & capacitor of any type, size & capacity, if required as per fan condition.

Disconnecting the inlet , outlet , water connections and electric supply , taking down of Geysers (water heater) of capacity 25/ 50 Ltrs horizontal/vertical of any make/model from existing position and carrying out descaling of inner container , cleaning with suitable chemicals and materials , washing with fresh water, replacment of defective/unserviceable components if any and fixed to its original position complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted shall include the minors repairs and replacement of minor parts i.e. screw nuts, bolts washers etc .The items replacing herein after shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing geyser inner storage tank made of stainless steel of capacity 25Ltrs, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sample shall be checked at site before procurement to match the existing models.

Supply and fixing heating element 2.00 KW capacity 230 volt suitable for geysers any type ( round/triangular)as per site requirement ISI mark complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparing external surfaces of water heater, cleaning with emery paper & cloth and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of white colour of approved make with brush and writing MES No. on it of suitable size all as directed.

Taking down old existing unserviceable geysers of any capacity from its position, dismantling and taking out hot water tank, soldering/bracing to arrest the leakage, removing geyser outlet/inlet pipe blockages by removing deposited sediments in geyser tank, reassembling and fixing back in position and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Items required for repairs to geysers such as heating elements, thermostate etc shall be measured and paid separately relevant itmes.

For Item No 75 & 76 Note (i) : The Annual Maintenence contract shall cover following scope of work- Section I - 1. All equipment under contact will be serviced four times during the contract period as per standard checklists. 2. All breakdown calls will be attended to during the contract period. 3. Cost of spare parts/consumables required shall be borne as per type of contract and shall be applicable to all activities specified under Section II of this annexure (subject to standard exclusions) Section II - 1.Checking the functioning of Chiller unit/pump and such equipment covered under the contract. 2. Free replacing of defective/worn out parts with new or repaired parts for compressor/ thermostat / cutouts based on our assessment. 3. Repairing of equipment at site/service station as the case may be. 4. Descaling of condensers/chemical cleaning of evaporator coils based on our assessment and working parameters of the plant. 5. Replenishing refrigerant gas and compressor oil in the system arising out of system defect, excluding sealed compressor. 6. Checking of compressor for its proper working. 7. Any defect in the electrical items and control wiring within the unit will be attended to. 8.Checking of Microprocessor control panel, control boards, transducers of packaged chillers/condensing unit for their correctness and replace if necessary. 9. Replacing of parts due to normal wear and tear.

Note (ii) - (1) The tender shall have to replace the U/S material with OEM materials only. The Cost of replacement major/minor spare parts not to paid separately, old materials will be contractor property & included in the rate quoted (2) In Case any accident occur of any indl like mechanic/helper/user during maintenance of above mentioned Air conditioner/Unit. The Contractor is liable to pay compensation to the indl as decided by the contractor authority. Principal employer will not be responsibile for the same. (3) If complaint not attended by the contractor with in 5 hrs the penalty of Rs 1000/- per hrs to be imposed & amt of penalty will be deducted from RAR. (4) The cost of transportation (to & from) for all kind of necessary equipment T & P shall be arranged/brought by the conractor to complete the job at site, stationery for maintenance of record. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor to this effect.

(5) Complaint shall be lodged by telephonically, so the contractor to specify the telephone No who will receive the complaint round th clock, After attending the complaint contractor will obtain the signature from rep of users/AGE/GE every day on a token of Complaint attended.
