Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water remove dust, debries/rubbish etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone masonary work, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles/concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, using old concrete blocks obtained from the demolition, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100 mm thick, as in floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade B, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured chequred cement concrete tiles, machine pressed, factory made of size 300mm X 300mm X 25mm thick, set, pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & no pigments and laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed base (1:4), including dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L for machine pressed/vibro mechanically floated precast concrete interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, including dismantling, Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine pressed / vibro mechanically floated precast concrete interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 550mm thick sand cushioning, including dismantling, Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine pressed / vibro mechanically floated precast concrete interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 100mm thickness, M-50 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, including dismantling, Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and reixing at same location any size machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size laid in path, porch, hard standing or flooring etc over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Granite 18 to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite black, including dismantling, Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drain including demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for factory made precast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in kerb stone of size 300 x 300x 100mm thick (width and depth of kerb stone shall be 100mm & 300mm respectively) set in CM (1:4) including necessary form works and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for one coats of Synthetic emulsion paint of any description on new plastered surfaces or concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described including preparation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of Synthetic emulsion paint of any description on new/old plastered surfaces or concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width not other wise described over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of terra cota on plaster, concrete, floor and tiling surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for complete removal of old surfaces applying one coat of oil exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima) on old plastered or treated surfaces surfaces of desired finish omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of old surfaces applying two coats of oil exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima) on old plastered or treated surfaces surfaces of desired finish omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for and removing debris outside the MD land omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes/drains etc) and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match including use of necessary formwork . Note : S&F reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning/desilting of the drains by removing foreign materials / silt/ greasy materials / earth from the drains, bed/bottom width of drain exc. 30 cm, removing the excavated material from site to a distance n exc. 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 45000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
