Shifting of over head 33 KV and 11 KV to under ground 3x300 sq mm XLPE & 3x185 sq mm XLPE at parad ground, Prayagraj including loading and unloading of material under Mahakumbh Mela 2024

Cartage of 11 Mtr long STP from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading.

Cartage of 33 KV 3x 300 sq mm and 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XPLE cable from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading.( per drum lengh-500 mtr approx.)

Erection, grouting, and plinthing of 11 mtr double/section pole including fixing of necessary clamps, other accessories like channel, angle, disc insulator with fitting, pin insulator etc. grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand & bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly. (Grouting, plinthing and all required material will be arranged by the contractor as per RESSPO and Electrical Safety rule, only 11 mtr. S.T. Pole provided by Dept.)

Drilling in all horizontally to cross the road minimum1050 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe 8'' dia and laying of 33 KV.3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in 8'' dia HDPE Pipe. As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules. HDPE pipe and Fixing clamp will be provided by contractor. Only 3x300 sq mm 33 KV XLPE cable provided by department.

Construction of 1x1 sq mtr. cable trench with water drainage system as per Attached Annexure) All Material i.e. stone, sand, cements etc provided by contractor.

Laying of 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 600 mm wide including supply of required material like first class brick, stone pad and sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable (in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between 0.25 mtr. to 0.40 mtr. The cable shall be laid between two continuous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV, 3X300 sq mm cable).

(All material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV, 3X185 sq mm cable).

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in Pakka Trench. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (The rates must be quoted for each cable of length per mtr.) Only 3x300 sq mm 33 KV XLPE cable provided by Department.

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in Pakka Trench. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (The rates must be quoted for each cable of length per mtr.) Only 3x185 sq mm 11 KV XLPE cable provided by Department.

Fixing of H.S. type cable joints & end terminations suitable for 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable conforming to IS-15573 of 1992, VDE-0278, ESI-0913 & 7098 (All Jointing kit provided by contractor).

Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable providing GI pipe of size 6” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with clamps, nut & bolts. As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules. (All materials will be provided by contractor except 33 KV, 3X300 sq mm cable).

Earthing of support complete with the help of M.S. rod 16 mm dia and 2.5 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules. (All Material i.e MS earthing Rod, Clamp, G.I. wire etc provided by Contractor).

Painting of ST Pole and its Channel & Clamps with double coat red oxide and double coat Alluminium paint. (Painting materials provided by the contractor.)

Drilling in all horizontally to cross the road, 900 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 11 KV.3 x 185 sq mm XLPE cable in 8'' dia HDPE Pipe. (HDPE pipe and Fixing clamp will be provided by contractor).

Fixing of following 11 KV Heat Shrinkable Type Cable Termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable. (Jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor).

Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nuzzling (All require materials {Stay rod 16X1800 mm, Stay wire 5 KG, Stay clamp, Loop Insulator Bolt & nut) will be arranged by the contractor}.

Dismantling of 33kv and 11 kv overhead line and carriage of material from work site/dump store to Naini store.

Installation of route marker along with 33KV/11KV underground line at each 100 mtr distance (with embossed on details of line). (All material will be supplied by the contractor).

Installation of Sign board at site after complition of work. Sign board size 3x4 feet with stand. (Writing material and sign board design will be provided by department and Sign Board, Stand and Grouting materials provided by contractor, Sing board will be provided by contractor as per sample provided by department.)

Photo and Videography before and after the work will be provided by the contractor in soft & hard colour copy (size 8x10" album) and soft copy of video in minimum 1080 p quality in Pen drive in 3 set.
