Supply and fix for, factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, complete all as specification and drawing given in SSR.

Supply and fix for, factory made solid panel wire gauzed PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail. The panel will be of wire gauzed. The wire gauzed shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm MS solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tube. The wire gauze shall be stretched to tighten firmly, complete all as per specification and drawing in SSR.

Supply and fix for, anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and directed.

Supply and fix for, pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.
