Arresting of Oil leakage in 115MVA GT-2 by applying super seal cold welding compound at SGS, KPCL, Jogfalls-577435

The Bidder shall be a regular agency having proven experiences in the field of Arresting of Oil leakage by applying super seal cold welding compound to power utilities/reputed organizations. In proof of the above, copy of Work Order & Work Completion certificate for at least one single order for similar type of works with the contract value not less than Rs.1.39 Lakhs should be furnished.

Statutory/ Other Requirements: Firm shall have GST registration certificate, PF registration certificate/self declaration affidavit notarized as per the prescribed format in Rs.100/- stamp paper for non applicability of PF registration and IT PAN. In proof copies of GST registration certificate, PF registration certificate and IT PAN issued from competent authority shall be furnished

The Bidders in the last five financial years should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.2.78 Lakhs. In proof, Annual Report/turn over certificates duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished

The bidder shall duly fill and sign the Form of Bid as in the tender document and the scanned copy of the same shall be uploaded by the bidder in e-portal (Format-I).

The bid of the bidders whose contracts have been terminated/ foreclosed in KPCL or elsewhere during last three (03) years and also who do not meet the above Pre-Qualifying requirement will be rejected. Scanned copy of duly signed Self declaration as per the prescribed format shall be uploaded by the bidder in e-portal. (Format-II)
