Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint Asian make (Apcolite) / Goodlass Nerolac (1st quality) with one coat of Zinc Chromate yellow primer to metal surface to metallic surfaces including thoroughly scrapping the surface with sand papers,making it free from old corrosive scales, laitances, filling up crevices and levelling with putty if necessary to obtain smooth surface etc. complete as directed to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .Only the elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding till the completion of work.

RCC:1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-lll) including manufactured sand derived Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25% : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%).

Supplying, drilling / cleaning hole and fixing of chemical anchor fastners of 16mm dia embedded upto 150 mm in concrete for fixing of base plate as per the directions of Engineeer Incharge including all the required preparing surface by demolishing water proofing, RCC surface if any .

REINFORCEMENT: Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all floors and levels including supplying cutting bending fixing and binding in position with 1.6mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (laps will not be measured). With high yield strength deformed bars (TMT bars) & MS round bars

ACP :Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc.

Providing and fixing frame work for partitions/ wall lining etc. made of 50x50x1.6 mm hollow MS tube, placed along the walls, ceiling and floor in a grid pattern with spacing @ 60 cm centre to centre both ways (vertically & horizontally) or at required spacing near opening, with necessary welding at junctions and fixing the frame to wall/ ceiling/ floors with steel dash fasteners of 8 mm dia, 75 mm long bolt, including making provision for opening for doors, windows, electrical conduits, switch boards etc., including providing with two coats of approved steel primer etc. complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
