Clearing away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush-wood, under-growth, roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) for making approach to septic tanks, around manholes, manhole to manhole for Sewage lines and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth for laying of drain pipes, or for manhole, etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 2 above but depth exceeding 1.50 M but not exceeding 3 M complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150 mm dia (Salt glazed ware ,AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bedding haunching complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 23 above but except stone complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Serviceable quantity of stone obtained from Sl. Item No. 22 shall be reused under this item.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 , straight or curved on plain exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry or brickwork surfaces, surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound on brick work or concrete surface ,surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Water proof compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as considered.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching of manholes etc including necessary use and waste of formwork and including demolition of existing PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description , any thickness and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls for septic tanks etc, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs not exceeding 200 mm thick including edges for rough-finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new 225 mm internal dia drains, making good ot pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L pre-cast RCC 1 : 2 : 4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs for man holes etc, set in cement mortar I : 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockaged sewage line of size 150mm dia including manholes of any dia by roding and flushing after cleaning and removing mud/sludge etc to a distance exc 250m but n. exc 500m and spreading in low laying areas and covering with loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Length will be measured through out the manholes.

All as per item No 37 above but 200 mm to 300 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of septic tanks complete by emptying liquid, semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out using suction pumps and filling the foul material into the covered tanks attached to suction pump and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul material outside the navy area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of manhole complete by removing sludge/mud/any broken pieces of concrete block/stone/brick and emptying liquid, semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting outby manual means including removing RCC cover slab and after cleaning bleaching powder shall be used around the manhole sorrounding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of blocked gully trap/floor trap by flushing with water etc, and including removing sludge / mud and replacing the grating cover of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC(SWR) gully trap 125/110mm setting and jointing with solvent cement fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.
