Maintenance of Completed scheme at UER I, II and III

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of HOT dip galvanized octagonal steel pole of 11 mtr. height and made out of 4 mm thick sheet, PCD 320 mm having bottom 200 mm A/F & top 100 mm A/F with built in connector box of size 500 mm x 120 mm with a ring of minimum 250 mm width made of 3 mm thick galvanized MS Sheet on window cover for anti-theft arrangement at 2500 mm height from base plate, MS base plate of size 320 mm x 320 mm x 20 mm thick on existing RCC foundation, making connections, interconnections with suitable size of copper wire with thimble/lugs in the connector box, earthing, marking, numbering of pole etc. complete as per drawing & technical specifications attached including following accessories mounted on inbuilt control box having flush cover with 2 Nos. mounting strips with tapped holes:- (a) 6 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet/bakelite sheet inside the window mounted on the existing mounting strips inside the flush door. (b) Supply & fixing 63 Amp terminal block suitable for 16 sq. mm conductor- 4 Nos. & shorting links-5 Nos. on DIN Channel i/c providing and fixing DIN channel of suitable length- 2 Nos. on existing laminated sheet. (c) Terminal suitable for 6 SWG GI Wire/1.5 sq. mm wire. (d) 6 Amp, SP MCB, 10 KA, ‘C’ Series-2 Nos. including mounting on DIN channel, earth stud 2 Nos. welded at suitable height i/c washers & nuts etc. (e) Suitable arrangement for saddling of incoming/outgoing cables i/c lugs/thimbles etc. as required. (f) Supply and fixing of 1500 mm long V shaped (not less than 60 degree) GI bracket made of 3.60 mm thick M.S pipe, B-class with top galvanized M.S tube of suitable dia. (as per site requirement) to accommodate the fittings on pole (to be installed at 11 mtr. height). (g) Connector box GI Cover with locking arrangement and GI round sleeve welded around cover box. NOTE:- Embosing / Laser printing of DDA Credentials as approved by Engineer-in-charge shall also be provided on the Octagonal Pole.

Providing and laying in position, M25 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm long x 750 mm wide and 1800 mm deep i/c excavation of earth and PCC of min 300 mm thickness at bottom to avoid settling of soil and vertical erection angle, refilling the trench, providing cutting, bending and placing in position reinforcement of cold twisted bar of 12 mm dia. 1960 mm long (approx.)-atleast 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 10 mm dia. 2800 mm long (approx.)-atleast 11 Nos. (With 150 mm spacing) with supply of 4 Nos. M-24 x 800 mm long plus 100 mm bent (150 mm top threaded portion whole galvanized portion) MS foundation bolts (L Type) & nuts (EN 8-grade) 4 Nos. and 4 Nos. washer per bolt, along with 2 Nos. templates/anchor plate of size 320 mm x 320 mm x 4 mm thick having 4 Nos. 26 mm dia. holes to match with PCD of pole and base plate including centering & shuttering as required positioning of foundation bolts and providing 75 mm (OD)-2 Nos. DWC pipe 1 mtr. long each for cable entry and exit with plastering & painting white & Black strip at the foundation above the ground level etc. complete as required

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 200 Watt LED Street light fixture, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium body with built in or separate driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, frequency 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -5 0C to 50 0C, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5, Driver efficiency >85%,THD < 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2, P. F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >70, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMI-EMC as per CISPR-15, lenses for beam angle as per IESNA type I/II/III as per the width of the road and the project requirement., suitable to fit in up to 65mm dia pipe, life time (LED,Driver & electrical circuitary) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin), SDCM(Standard Deviation Color Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in allrespect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy >135 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C). NOTE:- 1. Embosing / Laser printing of DDA Credentials as approved by Engineer-in-charge shall also be provided. 2. The toughened glass shall be use for optical lens/glass cover.

Supply and replacement of existing single overhang bracket by aloft with hot dip galvanized double overhang bracket 1250 mm long made out of 48mm dia 'B' class G.I pipe thickness of suitable size canopy (min 400mm ) suitable to be fixed on the existing octagonal pole including supply and laying of 3CX2.5sq mm cu wire for connection of both LED fittings with supplying 6 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet/bakelite sheet inside the window mounted on the existing mounting strips inside the flush door with suitable SP MCB, 10 KA, ‘C’ Series-2 Nos. including mounting on DIN channel, earth stud 2 Nos. welded at suitable height i/c washers & nuts etc with hire of machinery for operating aloft with connection, testing, earthing etc complete as per the requirement for complete illumination of both carriage way.(including rebate of existing/ old bracket)

(including rebate of existing / old bracket)
