Design, fabrication , test, install and fixing in position curtain wall with aluminium composite pannel cladding with open groves for linear as well as curvillinier portion of the building for all heights and level etc including (a) structure analysis & desing and prepration of shop drawing for pressure equilization or rain screen principal as required for proper drainage at water to make it watertight including cheaking of all the structure and functinoal desing (b) providing ,fabrication and supplying and fixing pannel of aluminium composite pannel cladding in pan shape in metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4 mm thick alumium composite pannel material consisting of 3mm thick fr grade mineral core sandwiched between two alumium sheet of 0.55 mm thick the aluminium composite pannel cladding sheet shall be coil coated kynar 500 based pvdf /lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face 1 and polymer service coating on face #2 as specified using stainless steel screws nuts bolts washer cleats wheater silicon sealent backer rod etc (c) the fastning bracket of alumium alloy 6005 ts/ms with hot dip galvanised with serration and serred washer to arrest wind load movment fasteners ss 316 pins and anchor bolts of approved make in ss 316 nylon seprater to prevent bi metallic contacts completed required perform as per specification and drawing the item include cost of all material and labour components the cost of all mock up at site costs of all material item include all aluminium composite pannel clading and all frame work as per directed by engineer in charge for the payment only actual area of external face of curtain wall with aluminium composite pannel cladding (including width of groove ) shall be measured in sqm upto two decimal places
