Repair and Maintenance of APFC panel upto 300 KVAR rating by replacing defective parts i.e contactors, MCB, MCCBs, capacitors, relay, indicating lamps, auto manual switch, push button, cooling fan, SMPS, CTs, relay junction point/ connector etc. and blowing of dust by air blower, repair of panel doors by providing hinges, locking arrangement or fixing of new door of existing size including checking the wiring of panel and connection of capacitor if found faulty replace with existing size of copper wire with complete testing of APFC relay including necessary setting with CTs load adjustment to match the power factor in range between 0.96 to 0.99 complete all as directed by Engr in Charge. Note:- All unserveciable Items replaced during repair and servicing of APFC panel shall be measured and paid separately as "supply only" as described hereinafter in respective items

Material and Labour for repairing the LT panel board body by replacing with new CRCA sheet of existing gauge size and shape for door / body of Panel / feeder pillar box, with hinges and door lock should be well welded complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of old painted surfaces of feeder piller box / panel of any size any description and in any position including removal of faded & deteriorated paint either by hand scrubbing or by blow lamps , applying necessary filler coat and scrapping as required and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (grey in colour) inside and outside of panel with using spray machine over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with Galvanized Iron electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI strip of size 25x4mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dully all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of Soil, PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC, 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with angle iton frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 40 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. including demolition of existing old unserviceable earth pit complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement of APFC Panel (CPRI approved) of capacity 125 KVAR (Output) @ 440 V AC. The stage ratings shall be 1x2 KVAR + 1x3 KVAR + 2X 5KVAR + 1X 10KVAR+ 2x25 KVAR + 1 x50 KVAR .The degree of protection of enclosures system of the APFC Panel shall be min. IP54. The APFC Panel shall be factory made , machine pressed , dust and vermin proof , out door type made with CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick , Panel internally and externally shall be painted with expoxy powder coating paint & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish , both side opening in two halves with rubber beading.The panel mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm frame including lifting arrangement and legs duly spray painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer , embeding and grouting in PCC (1:2:4) type B:1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation including necessay earth work , including all connections to MCCBs incoming/outgoing with suitable size of AL bus bar and equipment shall be comprising of the following:- (A) Insulated bus bar pan assembly made from Aluminium and rated of 300 Amps capacity. The short circuit withstand capacity shall be 50 KA / 1 Sec (Icw) for the main bus bar and the rated impulse withstand voltage shall be 6 KV. ( B) The incomer of the APFC Panel shall be of 250 Amp, MCCB, 4P, 50 KA TMD type with O/L & S/C protection, Ics = 100% Icu, MCCB shall have spreaders, phase barrier. (C) Capacitor Units: The capacitors shall be encapsulated in an aluminium can. The capacitor unit shall have a rated voltage of 525V and shall have a maximum over current capacity of 2.5 In, operating losses less than 0.5W/KVAR and peak inrush current shall be <200x In. (D) Short-circuit and Overload Protection: Each stage of the APFC Panel shall have MCCB 40 Amp -04 Nos, 63 Amp - 03 Nos and 100 Amp- 01 No, 36 KA, 3 Pole for short-circuit and overload protection. The over-current setting shall be adjustable & Breaking capacity Ics=> 36kA. (E) PF Regulator/ APFC Relay: Advanced Range PF Regulator / micro-processor based APFC relay having 12 steps with a LCD Display, Voltage Range: 90V - 550V, 50 / 60Hz, CT Input: 1A/5A with a built in RS 485 communication port. (F) Stage Contactor: The capacitor duty contactors shall be rated for 230 Volts AC and shall be 3-pole type and shall be employed for switching 'on' and switching 'off' operations in capacitor banks. (H) Ventilating fans of required size shall be sued to dissipate the heat produced by the capacitor bank components like the capacitor units, contactors, breakers etc. (J) Indication Lamp, Push button (Start and Stop) and Auto/Manual switch to be install for each stage of capacitor on Panel. Note : The make of CRCA sheet shall be of TATA / SAIL/ RINL/ JINDAL. Purchase Vr to be produced at the time of payment.
