Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material upto all lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: four sand: eight aggregate) or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within all leads of: G.S. Sheet , including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within all leads : Of area 3 sq. (three square metres and below, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Shelves (Cast in situ), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one point five coarse sand : three graded stone ) aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size, in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm (forty millimeter) thick with 20 mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size stone aggregate, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. (Note:- But hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) second class teak wood , 35 mm (thirty five millimeter) thick shutters, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete 250x16 mm (two hundred into sixteen millineter), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4mm (Four millimetre) thick water proof kit ply of standard quality ISI mark and approved shade and colour in wall linning i/c mitring at junctions, butt jointing and nails complete (Frame work for base to be measured & paid for separately), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

3 mm (Three millimeter) thick pvc/rubber tile flooring. plain, coloured, corbed, or mosaic or mottled finish. laid with approved adhesive on sub floor complete (sub- floor incuding damp proofing treatment to be measured separately for payment), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm (twelve millimeter) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement: three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg (three point three killograme) per sqm (square meter) including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (three hundred into three hundred millimeter) (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm (twenty millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:4 (One Cement : four Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm (three point three kilograme/square meter including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of false celling partitions etc. sawn and put-up in position. 2nd class deodar wood, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 (fifty) grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m (one point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (ten square meter) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (one point five millimeter), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, upto all lead. All kinds of soil, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
